Absolutely awful service here - who rents vans with 1/4 tank of gas to start - Owners refused to fill the tank so I nearly ran out of gas - absolute joke of a location - absolutely filthy vans - awful service - rent elsewhere

Rented many uhauls in last 3 yrs to move my son multiple times.Always good experience! Not this time. It was my move. Worst experience ever! The guy knew nothing. Rented furniture pads. Had none. Kept calling someone to ask a response to our question. Truck so dirty, gas didn't match, check engine light on. Ugghhh. If your rental location is Balzac, look elsewhere!

Worst U-haul service provider ever seen. Confirmed the reservation and later called to say its not available and go somewhere 25 km far to get the truck or upgrade to bigger truck and pay more.

I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience was great. I needed a van for a few hours and on short notice. This place is an independent dealer and somewhat out of the way. As such, service might not be the best but availability is great! If you are a frequent user of U-Haul and other vehicle rentals, such as myself, then this place will be great for you. You can be in and out pretty quick and drop off after hours. Also, there always seems to be at least one of every equipment type. The units might be dirty and low on fuel as some people experienced but you can drop it off in just the same condition so no problem. That said, if this is a big move for you and you are not sure how extra charges will work, then might be better to hit up one of the big locations such as Barlow Tr,

The snow wasn't removed from the truck, didn't provide the tools to clear the snow.The KM out reading was wrong on pick up, when I brought it to their attention, they wrote the correct number on the paper contract with a pen. Upon return, I was charged for the wrong KM out despite having it brought to their attention multiple times. When confronted, he just kept repeating call Uhaul customer service and hung up eventually. Now he's not picking up the phone and it's going straight to the voicemail.Do not waste your time

I came here to rent a 15' truck . Suppose to be my rent charge is 85$ just for a couple of hours and im just around calgary. But when i try to pay for it they charge twice the price.. I ask the guy (punjab) he said im using visa (debit) and charge gst 95$ and if credit card only 85. I was speechless because this is not the first time i rent u haul. This location is trying to scam people . Dont come here.. read the comments.. U haul company must do something about this

Be very careful with your fuel when renting from this location. Take before and after pictures of your fuel.

Company read the km's in mileage instead of km's and ended up charging me thousands of dollars. When I called to have it corrected, he could not understand and kept saying call Uhaul customer service. I spent many hours getting it fixed and dealing with something so simple. NOT QUALIFIED TO DO THIS JOB AT THIS LOCATION

The absolute worst experience. I reserved a truck in advance, got there at my scheduled time, and they just told me they had no trucks and that I'd have to look elsewhere. They were super unapologetic and nonchalant about it and offered no solutions. Would definitely not recommend.
