I am addressing the inaccurate review posted by Mike Babula. Our equipment was never an issue. All is working well. Who calls to place an order, then has another family member deal with it, then calls back not identifying oneself under the guise of placing a different order? It is our busy season. There is no time for games. Many of our customers are require firewood to heat their homes for the winter. We take this very seriously. These individuals chose to order late in the season. We communicated that we have been booked in advance for two months. Yet, we made every effort to squeeze them into the delivery schedule.When I spoke with the father originally, & later when I spoke with the son & booked delivery for Oct. 13th, there was no indication of going away for a month or urgent need. I asked, as always, whether they were out of wood. They indicated that they were not. When I booked with the son this morning, there was no issue communicated about receiving delivery Oct 13th. He booked the date. Now today it's urgent & the father called back without identifying himself, as if it was a different order.Let's define rude". Despite saying "NO" several times

Number disconnected and still waiting wood I was promised after buying 2 full cords of wet wood at 450 per and guaranteed to be dry....when I called they said it was the mother natures fault but yet wood was covered in mud...told to wait spring...its now summer?Still waiting but not holding breath

Karen and Rob were amazing. So accommodating and everything worked out perfectly. They delivered firewood to a nearby campground for my camping weekend. The wood burned great and we had a raging bonfire the whole trip. I would absolutely recommend this service to everyone. Apart from the wonderful customer service, the price is right too! You can't get better than that! 5 Stars!

Service is friendly and professional. The wood arrived exactly on time and Rob charges HST so you know he isn't running a sketchy business.
