Whoever said their supplies and chemicals were reasonable was either lying or a relative of the owner! I have pics! I found the same rubber duck chlorine dispenser for $25 cheaper, the chlorine pucks for $25 cheaper and the bagged shock for half the price across the street at Canadian Tire!! I was bamboozled! They gouged me and I trusted they were cheaper because of the review! Never shop there!!!

Knowledgeable staff for the most part. Did a water sample for me when they were closing in less than five minutes was very nice of them when they could of said they were closing. Some chemicals are competitive prices for the quality you get, and others are a bit on the high side. If you want cheaper chemicals go to Wallyworld or Can Tire and use double the chemicals. This year I switched to the synergy system. It's definitely way more expensive than I wanted to spend on chemicals, but after a few weeks I can say with certainty that I have been working less to keep the pool balanced.Update Aug 2022, Synergy system seems to be working well, but I will say this year I have had to add lots of Calcium and Alkalinity up to the pool, could be the amount of rain we have had.

I stopped into this location after the place I normally went to closed down. I had an issue with my pump cover leaking so I picked up a new cover and gasket as I live out of town and wanted to make sure I had the parts I needed. After I replaced the seal and found my leak fixed I returned to the store to return the unused cover. I was told that they did not give refunds, only store credit. I was not happy with a store credit and the way I was told this after I initially told them my intention when I purchased the parts. I don't recommend this store.

UPDATE: It has been almost two weeks and I have yet to hear from ANYONE at the company about my email to talk to someone about the extra charges that were NOT approved. I can't stress enough how much I don't recommend this company.Terrible service! They rescheduled my “deluxe pool opening” twice by calling me day-of. Yet when I had to reschedule due to weather, they were so rude to me. Then they charged me for extras without my consent and had the audacity to call their service a “deluxe pool opening” yet left me with a green pool. I tried to email and call to speak to someone before posting this but have yet to hear back. I will edit and update this if I ever hear from them. As of right now, I wish I could give 0 stars.

Bought a pool from them years ago and chemicals from them.Always provided great service and prices even though they are very busy for a small store.Have a great selection of parts/accessories for above pools.

They have been fabulous. Very helpful and been with them for years. Our pool went in 2011 and our liner lasted till last year ,when they had to replace it! Like having a new pool again.Great workmen ship!I recommend them.

Untrustworthy thieves. They refused to return our parts to us unless we paid them big money for a job they never completed . Charged us for service charge" but did not indicate such charge would apply at time of booking. Came down did not do the job they were hired to do but charged us to do work that has to be completely taken apart to do the job they were originally hired to do. Took weeks to return our parts to us

Great service. The owner and one of the younger female staff seem interested in your issue and super knowledgeable and helpful for solutions.

Always come here for my complimentary routine water samples and to buy Spa Essentials and Synergy products for my hot tub. They always do a great job explaining test results and customizing my routine maintenance plans.

Friendly staff, ready to assist you. Although a smaller retail space, they seem to have the pool parts I need. I have a 20 year old pool, but they have great inventory! Smaller space likely means smaller overhead cost, which equates to cheaper prices on chemicals and pool accessories.
