Very rude receptionist!

Very rude receptionist that makes you more stressful. I just wish I never need to see those faces

Dr. Topping is by far the best obgyn I have been to! She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and heard. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and has excellent communication skills. Thank you Dr. Topping!

The ladies down at Wall Street OBGYN are amazing! They are friendly and timely with their jobs, and won't have you sitting in a waiting room for hours on end (like other doctor's offices). Dr. Paige Grenier is an amazing doctor, she walked me through the best options for birth control, and when I decided to get an IUD she was very professional and kind during the procedure. Thank you to all the people who make Wall Street OBGYN such an amazing place!

I see my review from earlier today was removed so I will go into detail about how the receptionist was rude and willBe posting to Facebook also.My doctor recommended me here for my pregnancy. As soon as the front end lady called me she was snappy and sounded like she just didn’t want to be there. I simply asked if they had mondays open and her reply was “ then you’re going to have to go somewhere else if you want it on Monday” in a super rude cold tone. I simply explain to her my work hours and what would work still she snapped at me. She called me without even knowing what my situation was because she didn’t even have the correct date of my pregnancy and tried to tell me other results would happen. EX: I told her I was currently four weeks pregnant. And she tried to tell me that I would have to have a medical procedure done. Which already seems unprofessional the fact that she is telling me what procedures I can, and can’t do as a receptionist. Then she continue to argue with me about dating and procedures to the point where I just said you know why I am not comfortable coming in here and now I have booked my appointment elsewhere. I see on the reviews that this is a reoccurring issue and you would like to think because somebody working at a place where you go to be vulnerable you would like a warm welcoming front end lady. Super disappointed as a company do better and don’t remove people’s reviews for being honest.

I am rating a 5 star because the doctors here are ALL amazing. My original gynaecologist was Dr.Schubert, he delivered my first baby and was supposed to deliver my second but very sadly and suddenly passed away 4 weeks before my scheduled C-section. My next prenatal after he passed was Dr. Grenier who was equally amazing unfortunately was away on my scheduled C-section date so I then got passed along to Dr.topping again an amazing gynaecologist very informative, answered all of my questions and then some.She did my C-section which was a great experience compared to my emergency C-section with my first. Throughout the surgery I was asking questions and she was answering them for me. If I so choose to have another baby I will definitely be seeing Dr.Topping again.The only down fall to this office which I see is a common pattern in the reviews I have read is the front end staff, don’t get me wrong there are a couple that are great.But there are also a couple that clearly hate their jobs and need to find somewhere else to work. Which surprises me since all the doctors they work with are great.I think the front end staff would benefit from a personal relations course, they should understand that many of the women they are seeing throughout their pregnancy are emotional/hormonal, and the postpartum ones like myself maybe experiencing bad postpartum depression and anxiety. A smile and a friendly greeting would go a long ways.I just recently had the indigenous lady do my blood pressure which they do every time you come in and she was absolutely MISERABLE!5 stars for the doctors, 2 stars for the front end staff (and only 2 stars because of the couple that work up there that are great otherwise it would be 0 stars if it could be based on the others that are crusty.) Do better ladies!

Very rude will never go back. They need to fire the rube receptionist

I LOVE this clinic. Dr Grenier has been my gynaecologist since 2019 and she is absolutely fantastic. She is now my OB as well and is so, so caring and is following me closely. She continues to be amazing for both the baby AND myself and does the most to make sure you’re safe, happy and healthy. The receptionists are nice as well, they care about you and ask if you’re okay if you sound upset on the phone, they are also informative and helpful.Overall fantastic clinic!

I find the receptionists extremely cold and unwelcoming. If you go on your appointment date and time they will still make you wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes plus they are selling masks to patients if you go without mask they will charge you one dollar for the mask. One dollar is not that important but they look very cheap doing this!!!!

Dr Grenier Is absolutely phenomenal. Actually Listens to your concerns and comes up with a solid game plan to help you with your issues. Her bedside manner is lovely and very calming as well. Highly recommend.
