I wish they had a clearance section, so I don't have to wonder through the whole store. They're the cheapest in town for hand nails. It's half the price! And cheapest for a few other things. I like to price check online before I purchase things. They're lumber is better than home depot and they helped me load. Thanks rona.

The staff are willing and helpful, but make sure they pass messages on and know exactly what you want. I have had a couple of problems when trying to arrange collections ahead of time. Badly shorted on insulation one time and given a wrong hire machine the next.

Do not ever try to use the install by Quick Contractors!! they did not show up after sending an email to confirm the time and place, did not call, after I prepaid for the install. Unreliable. Dis-respectful. Then I wait 2 days for a refund of MY money, but I paid upfront for a service I did not get with no one even having the basic decency to call and reschedule. Really pathetic.

Rona has great workers and most of the time you can find what you’re looking for. One of the lady supervisors seems special in her own mind. The computer system is old and you should be able to find what you need on the rona app

The last two times I've gone to RONA, the cashier was sitting on the counter chatting with a friend or looking bored. The cashier is the first thing you see when you come in and the last thing on the way out. The fact that two different cashiers on two different days sat up on their counter, is very telling. Get them a bar stool or something, but that I'm-so-bored-I-could-pass-out vibe repels.The location is awful. You can't get to Rona's from the South, you have to come in from the West. But the vibe has you questioning why you drove through a parking lot maze just to feel like you're interrupting the cashier's coffe break.I asked a simple question, and bored-to-tears Cashier mumbled and pointed to Customer Service, which as it turns out, was the wrong place. However, Customer Service was great and got me what I needed. So I'll give half stars to them, and round up to ⭐⭐⭐.

We were served by Bob, at Rona in Lethbridge. He went over and above his job description, trying to help us with missing parts to a Gazebo we had bought. He was very patient with us, as we tried to explain our situation. It is people like Bob, I wish I knew his last name, who will have us coming back to your store. I want you to know how much we appreciated him, his listening ear, his compassion, and his continued service to make things right for us. Many thanks Bob, you are the best, and Rona is blessed to have you on their staff.
