The worst company I have ever done business with in my life. Never have I had such consistently bad experiences . The store people They dont want to do anything.

Hayley has been helping me for years to assist with all my rogers needs. I'm so glad she's at this location now.. much closer to my home! She's always very knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I have. Always greets me with a smile and I can count on her to give me the best deal possible. Thanks for representing customer service in a positive way, Hayley!

Love how they are supposed to be open till 6 and they just make up new hours on a postit on the door saying they close at 5. Would've had a new commission had you have let me in at 5:01. Your loss now I see why the ratings are so low for this location. I didn't get a chance to see how 'rude' the workers are like the other comments suggest

If you want to be lied to come to this store full of disappointment between rogers and Fido they have to be the worst I have ever seen especially with there customer res telling you what you want to hear just to get you on a contract it’ll be all fun and games untill the crct hands them a fine for just a simple complaint as well as what ever they seem fit

Walked into this Rogers to pay a bill. An employee was helping me while another employee named Zara was on her cellphone texting. I continued to ask the employee some questions about my bill and the charges on my account. As we were in the middle of a conversation Zara walks in and tells me I’m lazy and how I can simply use the mobile app instead of coming into her store and wasting their time. I was horrified at how a Rogers employee can speak to a costumer like this. I’ve been with Rogers for over 10 years and never have I experienced such a horrible experience! I asked Zara why can’t I ask questions about my bill. She then said how I can print a copy of the bill and download pdf on my phone and how all the answers I needed are there. I can’t believe this company is hiring such incompetent employees!

WORST WORST WORST customer experience of my life. They deserve no stars at the Oshawa Ritson rd location. I have seen the bottom of the barrel in customer service and it is here. It’s June 18 (my birthday) 2:40 in the afternoon, door was locked. I pushed the intercom and a person asked me what I wanted. (It’s a Rogers store so I wasn’t there for chicken). I said I wanted to buy my self a new phone and pay my bill. A man finally opens the door and demands Identification just to get in. I showed him my drivers licence which was none of his business. Then I asked what their problem was. They said that they have had numerous robberies. I said ‘do I look like a robber.’ I felt belittled and unwanted. They didn’t greet me or smile. I paid my bill while they hovered over me then left without even looking at a new birthday phone. Sickening way to conduct a business. .

I was in this Rogers store three times over the past 2 weeks and all the people helping me were amazing. One time we were able to go right in but if the staff are helping other people, there may be a wait outside (you can scan a QR code and will be notified when you can go inside if you want to wait in your car). There have been thefts in the store and at other businesses in the area so they can only help as many people as there are staff. Overall great experience.

I visited on 01/13/2023 afternoon to activate my sim card and a man named SOUL helped me. Perfect customer service, I will come back in the future.
