Mr. Rob is a very nice person. He 's so patient, skilled in repairing bycicles and well-communicated.I'm not a native student, and it's the first time for me to repair a bicycle. Before going here, I asked him a lot of questions via text messages, he answered patiently one by one. In addition, after fixing my bicycle pedal, he took the initiative to help me repair the transmission. When I paid him, he volunteered to ask me if I am a student, and also volunteered that students were free.It was a very good experience for me. So lovely the Canadians are!

This is my first time fixing my bike in Canada, since I arrived I have been using my bike a lot and had some problems that's why I search for Rob really help me with that! I strongly recommend his services! Even he has the service to pick up and drop off your bike if you need them!My bike is my way to commute here in Kitchener Waterloo as an International Student and that's why I needed to fix it quickly, and Rob help me with that!Don't hesitate to contact him!See you on the road!

Robert helped me fix a flat tire for a very reasonable price. I brought another bike with several issues to be repaired while picking up the first one. He fixed those issues on the spot free of charge. He's a great guy!

This has to be the best service I have ever received! The guy was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to get me up and running in a matter of minutes and was able to fix the mistakes other repairmen had made on my bike.If you want affordable, expert service, this guy is your guy!

Wish there was more then 5 stars. We came and he fixed my bike on the spot and also fixed my handlebars for no extra charge, sweetest guy ever. Definitely recommend!
