Groom Room The

The epitome of pet grooming. So easy to bring our cat and dog here. It's unfortunate that we had to move from Spruce Grove. So our visits to the Groom Room are limited to our visits to SG.

I'm not an expert in pet grooming services, but my experience was very positive. Staff was great to me and my dog. She looked great after they cleaned her up. I found the prices to be reasonable. I plan on going back.

Horrible service! I had an appointment for my cat at 9am! I arrived and was told that the groomer would not be able to take him 45 min!!!!I made an appointment for a reason…cats get very stressed and I wanted to be the first one of the day for 2 reasons…first, he gets stressed easily and second less barking dogs!Why did I make an appointment if he wasn’t going to be done right away?!So disappointed and angry! Stressed my cat out for nothing!And I now I need to find somewhere else that will take him because The Groom Room has terrible time management!!

This place does a great job of taking care of your furry friends. They take a little time to get make your sure your requests get written down.Booking your dog in is very easy and the staff seem to like the dogs and I have never seen or heard them get upset at the animals. I leave my dog there feeling like they are watching out for my friend.They could use a guide to show the different lengths of the hair cuts they have to help me make a more informed decision as opposed to say inch and a half etc. Overall they do a good job and I have been back at least 7 times now.

Typically I pay 70$ at my regular groomers to get my dog FULLY done with deshedding and dematting included. Unfortunately my regular place had no appts available so I Took my dog here and told it would be 90$ after I told them over the phone she had Matts and hasn’t been done in a while. When I got there they immediately told me it would be an extra 15$ for de-matting which I understand. Then they said to do de-shedding on her it would be another extra 15$. I was hesitant but whatever I was already there and we had the apt. Then when I went to pick her up they said she was difficult to deal with she was moving a lot and whining. She does NOT bite, and she did not bite. And they charged me 15$ because she was “difficult”. So in total I was charged over 150$ when my usual cost is 70$! That’s more than double and it looks exactly the same as when I go to my other groomers. Also her nails are still extremely Long. We didn’t even get a cute little bow for her hair or anything! So if your dog moves a lot and resists getting groomed I would t recommend going here as they charge extra for “difficult” dogs. Very disappointed I will never go here again.

Very pleasant experience! I brought my kitties in and they came out so soft and clean! See you again in 6 months!

Shop owner sprays toxic scented aerosol sprays over the reception area full of 4-5 animals when an animal relieves itself. Owner tried to rehire previously fired employee for animal abuse when she was short staffed. Staff is trained poorly and treated extremely unfairly. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

Casa loves the Groom Room, all we have to say is we're going to see Romeo and she runs to the door ready to be treated like a princess. She's been going here since 2017 and would not go anywhere else! Thank you Groom Room!!!!!

First, I called to make an appointment and figured there is no way I would get in the same day, but I was told that if I could be there within a few minutes, they could squeeze her in. Being a first time customer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but already I was impressed that they took me in without any notice. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with the environment and very impressed that the dogs were not put in kennels, they got to hang out with the receptionist & play together until it was their turn. This will be the place I go from now on! The price was quite reasonable compared to what other places in town charge. My fur baby was happy and tired when we got home - just the way I like it! :)

I’ve taken my dogs here a few times now and have not been disappointed. It doesn’t seem to matter which groomer we get, they always do a nice job. The prices are reasonable and I really appreciate that they are open weekends. Keep up the good work!
