Great service, lovely owner.I just to update my review I visited Waterlily again after a few years last week. I needed a new outfit for my son they just moved to a new spot in the same mall and the service I got was excellent as always. Sandra is really amazing thanks for your help and best of luck with the new place.

I give this place no stars.Went to this store for my ring boys suit spoke with Sandra and she promised me that I’ll be receiving the suit in a week, week and a half the most. Never received it I got a call 3 days before my wedding. I go into the store to pick it up and she couldn’t find my suit, waiting for an hour watching her look and nothing. I got my money back but was stranded to go find another suit.Thankfully another store was able to give my size up front. The Sunday after my wedding I recieved a call saying they found me suit.Very irresponsible and disorganized.So disappointed..

I went to get dress for new born to 3 months and the girl there she was so rude and not interested to help or show anything; she just showed me one dress and then got busy in writing something; after asking for 2-3 more dress she said it will not possible to come in size u want; I agree some dress doesn’t come in new born sizes but she was so rude that she doesn’t want to show anything else and she wanted me to just select from dress that she showed me. It was like literally she was telling buy from this or go I am not in mood to do my job today or not in mood to pull down any more dress for you to see from hanger up high, like I am done for the day or may be my boss is not watching me so I don’t care I don’t bother for customer service. But I am spending $80 on new born dress so obviously I would like to see at least more dresses that shop has to offer; but it was so messy store and dresses are hanged up high so they have to help you to see. And finally I left the store and bought one from paparazzi for $89 they have the best customer service for sure and good products.

Ridiculous People. Staff is too rude. When we request to see one dress 2 nd time the guy say it’s too expensive to try 2 times. Very rude….

Today I went to the mall looking for dress shoes and I decided to go to Water lilly. I asked the employee for a pair of dress shoes and she gave me 2 pairs of shoes and they did not fit. After that she was kicking me and my grandma out of the store saying we don't have anything for you go to a different place. I got defend and left the store but there was no rush for me to leave the store because she had no customers. I am really disappointed and will not go back. The lady had two little braids in her hair and was wearing a red top and blue jeans. I will never go back and I will tell my family and friends never to go to Water lilly ever again. July 5 , 2023

The Owner of Water Lily have a heart of Gold., her clothes is amazing, they last for a very long time, I bought clothes for my two sons, when they were kids, today they are both in there late 20's and I given my nephews the clothes I bought from Sandra, which still looks brand new. Her service, her honesty and her attitude is great, she always makes you feel welcome and is always greets with a smile or Hi Love" or "Sweet Heart""

No one ever answers the phone. I call and someone picks up and hangs up. Very rude. I bought a dress there is a hole in it and my daughter communion is next week. Very disappointed in the lake of customer service.

We visited this store on the weekend with my daughter and niece. The woman working was so patient and kind in helping us find dresses. However, the little ones were not being cooperative so we had to leave. Since the customer service we received was so great we returned and were able to find dresses with the male employee at the store and purchased two dresses. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for beautiful party wear for their children.
