Ordered a Misty Slush from the drive thru, only to be told a large was $7 and change. Had to back up and tell them multiple times that the large Misty Slush is clearly $4.09. They then corrected it. I don't blame the staff, this is clearly something the manager knew about and tried charging me the different price for.

The person there scammed us she made us pay 7 dollars for 2 small drinks and we asked for a super snack but instead she only gave us drinks we then asked for a refund and she said no

It's funny how they don't turn your blizzards upside down anymore... perhaps because they're too melted by the time they give them to you? They're getting cheap on the toppings...Staff can't keep up with the demand of 2 cars

Frugal ManagementNice new clean location however felt that they really controlled the portions and also charged extra for mayo. That type of frugalness stands out to me.Hope to see the ownership pivot towards quality.

Just ordered a Reeses Blizzard, had a very difficult time finding the Reeses chunks even after stirring from the bottom.Spoke to man that may have been supervisor or manager who argued that it had been made to specifications.He reluctantly put a scoop of Reeses bits on top without blending it in.Nope, sorry I've been ordering this type of Blizzard for years, it was made trying to save some money at the customer's expense.Won't come back to this location to be cheated.Customer service very poor.

Had the worst customer service experience ordering a traditional DQ birthday cake. I placed my order with all the details online 4 days in advance. I uploaded a high resolution picture for the decoration and received an automatic confirmation that all was in order. When I picked up the cake, first, the manager brought me two pieces of paper with different customer details (which should be confidential information) and asked me to pick which one was mine. Once I picked it, she charged me. She then brought out the cake which was missing the picture I had uploaded (not to mention the quality of the icing and writing was atrocious - smudged, inconsistent, messy...). She told me there was no image uploaded. Then she took me into her back office to show me her email with the order confirmation that showed that the image didn't come through. She then said I wasn't the only order that had this issue and showed me other orders, then said it was a problem with their new system". She said if I wanted to send her the picture right then she could try making it again but didn't commit to doing it that day...on the day I needed the cake for a party. When I indicated that I placed the order 4 days earlier and she could have called me

I feel that l got ripped off, my sundae was not completely full, and the prices are more expensive here than Milton location.The Men's washroom was disgusting, don't you clean here?

Terrible quality and POOR service. Was handed this soupy blizzard at the drive through. Looked at the blizzard and then looked at the server and said to the server that it’s completely melted and his response was “yeah, do you want a napkin?” He then stared at us to keep moving along to get out of the drive through. Will NEVER be coming back here and will ensure no friends or family do either.

Decent burger surprisingly fast service. Ordered drive-through and it was very quick.. The burger was ok.. actually better than expected from DQ. I've had some burgers at other DQs that tasted like microwaved food.. but this place did ok job. The Chicken tenders were also quite good. Newer location. burger ranked 11 th out of 15 on my sons burger list. Better than mcdonald and wendys.
