Adding to my previous review! Still absolutely pleased and glad that Fennec and I took both levels of Obedience classes with dogs BeHaven. We just finished level II, my friends, family and myself cannot believe how much she has improved.Fennec is a 1 year old challenging dog being a mix of Australian cattle dog, Australian Shepherd and Border Collie mix, so to say she has some quarks is an understatement. She wanted to chase random dogs, cars and other animals, nipping, and a few other behavioral issues. Which have significantly improved and continue to improve. My goal is to have Fennec be my companion off leash while I do work in the forest, because of these classes and her progress, I am confident she will be. The tools and knowledge gained from Kim and Dawn are worth their weight in gold and something that we can take with us where ever we go.When you decide to train your pup (old or young) definitely make Dogs BeHaven at the top of your list.**Previous Review**Thank you Kim and Dawn of Dogs BeHaven! Murphy and I completed our second training program with Dawn.The results have exceeded my expectations and have made parts of everyday life easier. Dawn (and Freya) once again were excellent - took time to understand our goals/lifestyle, and adapt training to meet. I gained a lot of confidence in handling Murphy and that is thanks to Dawn. I highly recommend Dogs BeHaven Training Solutions. When we first got our puppy, he was very hyper. The Puppy Essentials class helped tremendously with house training. I was so impressed with the results of the Puppy Essentials class that I registered for the Basic Obedience class. The results were phenomenal. Our dog, who was very hyper and not obedient at all, now heels without any pulling and follows our commands. Thanks to Kim and her assistant Dawn for all of their help and guidance.

Dogs BeHaven is a extremely effective training facility. Kim was very honest, kind and professional throughout the whole process. Our trainer was Dawn and she did a wonderful job training my puppy. She is also great at teaching the owners how to train their dogs. The weekly visits provided a good amount of time to practice the new skills and allow to build knowledge at a good pace. My emails were always answered with comprehensive and helpful information. Dawn is very enthusiastic, passionate and carried a positive attitude. It was a pleasure to get to work with her and get to know her. Her dog Freya is one of the most intelligent and well behaved dogs. I am really looking forward to our next session!

Kim and Dawn are excellent teachers. My dog and I have completed Puppy Essentials and Basic Obedience 1 and we've enjoyed every minute of it! Each course was informative and fun! I had a great time bonding with my dog and learning new skills to help her feel calm and confident. I highly recommend Dogs BeHaven and I will be taking more courses with my dog in the future!

Betsy (golden retriever puppy) & I participated in and thoroughly enjoyed a private training course at Dogs Behaven in Nov/Dec 2022. The owner, Kim Peters, proved to be a knowledgeable and proficient trainer who realized that the training was for both the dog and the dog owner. She was personable, patient, and demonstrative, showing me, again and again, the techniques to use with Betsy. I was very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Kim’s services for dog owners who want their pets to be well behaved.
