Really nice & helpful. Gave good advice while helping other speech impaired customers with respect.

Vaughn was friendly but largely unable to help me exchange a phone I ordered online. When I mentioned what I wanted to do he seemed to be uncertain and failed to confirm that I had the phone with me to exchange.What he did was confirm that the phone was on my account and then tell me that Freedom Call Centre has to cancel the phone they sold me. The fact that he didn’t check that I had the phone with me the whole time, caused me to waste time trying to call the call centre.Numerous times I mentioned that the call center said I could EXCHANGE the phone in store. But he never clued in that I had the phone and kept telling me that they needed to cancel off my account.This employee needs more training to ask questions about the problem before jumping to a solution. More clarifying questions would have helped but he seemed stuck in the one solution and that he couldn’t help.Despite not having the phone I wanted in stock he told me that another store which had stock couldn’t put a short term hold on it. But that was incorrect cause I called them and they held it for me.Seriously Freedom, spend some time training your people to actually help people get stuff done.

The Freedom STORE in City Center has some of the best customer service I have seen, Deepta, Vaugn et. al. AWESOME. So kind and patient with their customers even in these trying times.Kudos to you all.

Saturday noon, absolutely rubbish service. The service person was clueless, and the next service person there was on his phone the entire time did not look up nor try to help the lost co-worker. Got turned off real quick so I just left. Went to Bonnie Doon location, customer service was worlds apart.
