I got my car serviced, oil change and brakes done. Jeff was very kind and helpful. Good service all around.

This was the worst place to get customer service. I was refered for a cheap oil change and got played. They took money for services then gave the car back back without fully fixing the problem. They wouldn't give the money back. They lie. They waste your time. They use tie strap and other improvised things to get you to come back to them when your car fails. I took video and pics and caught them. They said sorry (atleast) after they had rude push back. They are scammers. People get mad and they constantly get robbed. Low class establishment posing as a business. Stay away. They don't know about foreign cars and do sloppy work. Stay away...thank me later. They took 5k for a job then hid for months. They move alot because they are always under pressure. Please don't go here, they are gunna close down soon due to many complaints.

Nice place. Fair prices. Staff are nice. They did work on my brothers RS3, they did a great job.

This is a very good business I’ve never experienced such kind and honest people! Everyone is very professional and they get the job done at an efficient time and the communication is great I really recommend anyone who needs servicing on their car to come here!

Great service, had a ton of work done to my vehicle. I ordered most of the parts and had the labor done at JNA. Reasonable price compared to getting it done at the dealer of course. Highly recommended.-timing belt kit-ball joints-control arms-complete strut-all 4 stabilizer links-alignment-rear brake rotorsCar feels great after all said and done. I was shown all the old parts after it was completed. With that said the old timing belt looked great still after 160,000KM on it, could have probably done without changing it, but better safe than sorry for an interference engine.

Most honest mechanic ever !! Was picking up a part in Brampton and stopped by because I was in a rush to get my brakes serviced. Jeff was professional and timely in changing my rotors and pads. This city needs more shops like this, will def be returning with my car troubles !

Took my car to Jeff to have both front bearings replaced. First off, most mechanics shy away from working on German cars - Jeff openly accepted the job. There were a few 'surprises' when completing the task, but Jeff handled them in stride (didnt panic, didnt complain); recognized the new problem and adapted to the situation and acted on it. Jeff allowed me to watch and even help out (however I do have a significant amount of experience, so i wouldn't expect or suggest Jeff to allow everyone to do this). Even tho the job took about 2-3x longer than expected (because of the unforeseen issues with the car), his price was still very reasonable and so was his attitude. I highly recommend, and i will return for any future work that i need to get done.
