I just had my hot water tank replacement completed by Jack Kumar of KMS Plumbing & Gas fitting. Prior to this job, Jack had replaced a toilet for us and completed a hot water tank replacement for a senior friend of ours. As usual, Jack is on time and professional. His workmanship is great. Fantastic service! I contacted KMS plumbing to get a quote to replace the existing natural gas-powered tank water heater with a natural gas-powered tankless version. Jack came out and provided a quote for a Noritz Makes that he highly recommended. He also explained how he would get it installed.The next day, Jack showed up on time to install the unit. He was friendly, patient, and very efficient!! I asked him questions about various things during the installation and Jack was very friendly with responding and didn't seem impatient at all. He was finished in about 5 hours and as you can see, the work he did was top notch. I was very happy with service and professionalism. I got a gas line installed for my BBQ. I was also working on replacing the nailers for the deck. The gas line intersected the nailers. Jack assisted me with installing holding the stapling the house wrap and installing the nailer so we could line up the gas line quickly. I was shocked and this kind of help is being very rare. I am sure others would have watched me and charged extra to wait. I had a couple of other jobs around the house, looking at getting his help again.
