Generally, could not view the whole sea view deeply, not allowed to access the beach. Enjoy the ordinary park view and its environment

Its a bit of a walk + hike to this point, beginners and seniors may not find this worth the walk and younger kids will not enjoy it too. Stollers will not work. But for nature lovers and hikers you will enjoy walking in the dense vegetation with some nice views as shown in the attached images and videos. One less star because the view was not that great as I have seen some better views than this in Vancouver which you can find on my profile. Follow for more.
