Went to there two south locations and pick out a jacket that was on sale 50% off but needed a different size so I went to WestEdmonton Mall location and they had the size but it was not on sale.The Manager call the South location and yes it was on sale and he wouldn’t give me the Sale price!I will never shop at Jack and Jones again!

Just visited this location and was extremely grateful with the friendly atmosphere! The whole team was wonderful, especially the customer service we received from Elena! Kellen also went above and beyond for my boyfriend and found the perfect pair of pants!Customer service in most stores in WEM is subpar, so I was extremely pleased and tbh shocked.As a store manager myself, I definitely had to leave a review and give credit where credit is due. Thanks for giving us a great experience Jack&Jones!Highly recommend visiting!

Best clothing brand to shop at in my opinion. Great products and quality items for a good cost. Excellent staff and customer service! Definitely recommend checking them out for quality name brand at an affordable cost.

This was my first visit here at this location since I visit both of the Southside Locations. And unfortunately I am quite disappointed.As soon as I walk in, first thing I see are the associates on their phones and talking to each other in the middle of the traffic way. They did not greet me nor even looked at me. I walked beside them to shop for what I needed and it seemed like they didnt acknowledge me at all.However, as soon as another customer of different race walked, all 3 associates got on their feet and started greeting her as they all scattered around to seem like they are working".I don't know if these associates are racist or if they just pick their customers

Jack & Jones have a great collection of nicely designed jackets and the service is great. However, the last time I went one salesman tricked another kind one that was serving us. He told him that he served us in a previous visit, which didn't happen, to get the deal from him. I was surprised by that unethical act. This is the only reason I didn't give that store a 5-star review.

Absolutely disgusted !!!!! Bought my Son pair of jeans back at the end of August, he has only worn them a hand full of times and they have completely ripped from front to back (at the seam so a obviously a default) . I have been speaking to someone on FB who informed me that because i cannot find my receipt there is nothing they can do, i am obviously one of those dinosaurs that still pays and don't keep my receipts for longer than two months! So buyer beware if you buy from this company don't use cash and never lose your recept!!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience here today. The rep that helped me out was Brad and he was fantastic! I find it is becoming more and more rare to receive exceptional customer service these days, but Brad delivered on all accounts. Brad was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all genuine. The Jack and Jones product is something that I absolutely love and always highly recommend, but I would definitely encourage anyone to go see Brad at this store and have him help you find the perfect pair of jeans. Thank you so much Brad!!!

This store has a fantastic atmosphere, super helpful staff that will bend over backwards to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.The manager Mitch definitely made my experience here a 10/10 with his depth of knowledge, upbeat attitude and charisma.If you’re looking to get set up with a new wardrobe, I highly recommend stopping by the store and asking for him!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I walked in looking for some wardrobe updates and was helped by Gomez. He went above and beyond, listening and finding out what i was looking for. He stuck with me all throughout my visit, making suggestions as to what i can match with the things i was getting, and my existing stuff. Created visual presentation of how the entire fit would look. I will definitely be visiting Gomez again and would definitely recommend. Stellar performance, 10/10
