We ordered a custom platform bed and they did a very poor job. When we took issue they complained got mad and provided a disgruntled repair: tossing some cheap veneer on top of awfull press board, arguably making the result worse. Wish they'd stand behind their workmanship, but they didn't and we had no recourse as we had already paid.

Gibson's did a fantastic job on painting our kitchen cabinets. The finished product was perfect and we are thrilled with the quality and look of our new kitchen. Gibson's did custom kitchen cabinetry for us a few years ago, and I've been meaning to write this review ever since! I had very specific ideas (solid wood, poplar, drawer layout). Jamie offered great ideas to improve the layout, and chose excellent wood for the design - he really listened to my preferences, offered great advice, & delivered on the final product! The result was beautiful and functional, a dream to cook in. All the folks we interested with there are lovely too. Highly recommend Gibson's!

The sales and installation staff are professional and very cautious during covid and made our family feel completely safe and confidant throughout. The finished products looks amazing and is built with great quality and detail and affordability. Our family will definitely be making more purchases from Gibson's! We spent a lot of time researching and sourcing furniture in the greater KW/Cambridge area. From the minute we walked into Gibson's, we knew we found the right place. The staff are attentive and willing to explore options from types of wood, stain and hardware. It was exceptional service to work with the actual craftsmen who would make our furniture; Jamie offered suggestions that we would have never thought of in creating new pieces for us. We received the pieces right on schedule and are amazed at the quality of each. It is clear that Jamie and his team take great pride in their work. And for all this, they still offer reasonable prices!

I had Gibson’s make my master bathroom vanity. It is the show stopper in my bathroom. Fully customized. Jamie even made me a custom stain board so I could take it home and check it in my lighting. It was quite reasonably priced and is so well built. It looks like a gorgeous piece of furniture...not just a vanity. The service was excellent. The quality exceptional.

MICHELE Gibson I Walked around the store and thought of the orginal founder of this store was my grandfather Gordon Gibson. My grandpa would of been so proud of what this has become. Thanks for keeping his dreams of selling Gibson's pine and Oak furniture alive. From the Original Founders Grand daughter Michele Gibson-Wright. I loved the store.

I was redoing my daughter's room while she was a way and wanted a very specific set of furniture. I described what I wanted in very crude drawings and Jamie from Gibsons brought it to life. We were on a tight timeline to have it remodeled and they worked hard to bring in their normal timelines to get it done and delivered to us. We are beyond happy with the service, quality, cost, and look of the furniture! We will be going there again and again! Stealler service.
