Good pizza... but they are the only chain that punishes customers by charging extra for food allergies. I am allergic to tomatoes and cannot eat pizza with a tomato base and the extra charge makes it much cheaper to go elsewhere.

Such an amazing pizza pizza store. Scratch that this was the best store I’ve ever been in, the service was amazing, and not only was the food fresh and tasty the owner Anitha is one of the most kind-hearted and amazing person EVER and the boy who works with her is just as great he's really hard worker and should be promoted. I highly recommend this pizza store from every other location due to these reasons. If it means driving a few hours just to get to this store I would definitely do it. I spent over $100 in pizza and wings and not one order was messed up everything was cooked to perfection if that doesn't persuade you to get to this store right now I don't know what tf is wrong with you.

Electronic order put order in as delivery. I pressed one for pickup. Manager at this store said it was my mistake. He said it several times while I waited for the pizza to be brought back. BAD customer service! Toppings are stingy. They don't care to give service. Go to Dominoes or Pizza Nova just east on King street!

Two day-old pizza slices for $7. Served cold. Never ever coming back here. Manager was so rude. As if I was bothering him for coming in. Don't worry - I won't be back.

don’t come here I ordered a pizza 4 topping they did which I didn’t ordered then I checked that was not my order I asked to change or to refund, the boss told me they could not change or do anything I asked him to give me receipt I seen him through to garbage.I tried to call the head office they call but nothing changed I have never seen the worst place and service zero star not one

Not a big fan of the customer service here as the worker was quite rude and condescending. The pizza was requested for thick crust, well done. Well done maybe, thick crust... not from where I am from. They also do not stock Brio and had to make other selections to satisfy my hydration needs.Good thing I could order online and minimize my face to face contact with workers that do not appear to enjoy their work and it truly showed in the pie they produced... stay away and look for other options in the area... like fish and chips up the road :)

Its the first time I was ordering pizza at this place, great experience and outstanding taste. Cashier at the counter was kind enough to explain the deals and better options. Waiting time was less than what they actually notified during order completion. Definitely visit this place again.

Stopped ordering from this place after they started to cut a single piece of hot sausage into tiny little slivers. So instead of getting 7 to 8 pieces of hot sausage, you got one.
