Just had a refurbished TV from them the was claimed to be in good condition come with multiple scratches and dents and at least two dead pixels. Incredibly disappointed with the product and gross exaggeration of refurbished quality of the product.

DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought AirPods here from Ashish in Surrey. When I returned them because they don’t work they said the serial number didn’t match and they weren’t theirs. Wouldn’t help me! What a SCAM. How are they in business? Clearly selling damaged or stolen goods. You can’t try them before you buy. Now I’m out $200!!

I bought a 70 inch Samsung TV 11 months ago. It was a great deal, and when they offered the extended warranty, I asked if the TV still has its own warranty. The fellow that was helping me said that the TV still has its warranty from the manufacturer therefore I did not bother purchasing anything extra. The TV failed 11 months later and when I called the manufacture they indicated that the television that I purchased, was actually meant to be sold in the United States, and I bought it in Canada. Therefore automatically it had no warranty. I called TVOutlet to inquire that perhaps they had made a mistake in the TV that they sold me being in the wrong region. The individual this time clearly indicated to me that there is no warranty with anything that you buy from them… Or at least the television. Disappointed that I wasn’t informed about that. They do have great deals but make sure you understand their warranty policy and anything that you buy. Again this experience is only with a television that I bought so I’m not too sure about the rest of their products.

Ordered a vacuum online, they charged me but i received no confirmation. Called them and they said they need a few days, still nothing. Called again, put on hold twice and got disconnected both times.Based on other reviews I'm going to be requesting a refund and buying somewhere else. Not worth the risk.

Had 1 tv have software issues when connecting to internet (showed connected on tv) but nothing would work. After two+ weeks of trying to talk with the customer service they finally delivered 2nd tv and picked up the first tv. The new tv: A tv of the same model just slightly different generation. Is having similar issues. I am unsure why the tv is reading as if everything is connected correctly (ethernet wise) and shows connection in the settings but it is not working for up to 30-40minutes at a time despite that. I have one final test where I'll run an ethernet wire across my home directly from the box to tv and leave it in for a few days and see how the tv responds. Giving 3 stars for the weeks it took to talk to someone as they are not good at responding to emails or phone calls and even though they say they'll replace with same model free of charge they tried to charge me more money just because it's the same model and slightly newer Generation, after a lot of prompting they finally agreed on not charging me anything and including delivery and pick up. Again it took weeks for this to happen. The delivery driver who dropped off tv and picked up is by far the best employee I've ever dealt with and for him I'll give 5 stars. My relationship with tvoutlet continues as I figure out what's going on with TV #2, when it works it works wonderfully! That's all I have to say. Cheers.

Wanted to buy a Ninja Creami ice cream maker and I saw TVOUTLET selling them for $100 off retail price! I hit up their online chat support to ask what the stock at the Surrey location looked like and was given a prompt and professional answer. I went in store to buy it and was able to walk out with it fairly quickly. The machine itself is refurbished, the outer body shows some minor signs of use (scuffs and slight paint damage in one area) but the actual components of it were all new. Everything is functional and I was able to get it for much cheaper than retail price. Thank you!

Great place to save money. You might get a tv without a remote or something like that but I have bought more than 10 TVs from them and 1 missing Remote which they gave me after I told them. I just had to drive there.

I purchased Apple AirPods for my daughter for Christmas. They are fake knock offs. The owner was so rude denied selling them to me. Shame on me for trying to save $70 I should have gone new. But this store is a joke. BUYER BEWARE! Don’t shop hereNatasha

Bought a Dyson V10 vacuum through Best Buy for almost $600. It was claimed to be an open box product which I assumed would be an ex display model or a product returned within 30 days of purchase, definitely not the case with this, this vacuum had been seriously trashed for a very long period of time. Almost all of the parts were badly damaged and the machine itself was absolutely filthy with dust, grime and hair. The first clue was the box it was in looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster, upon opening it was revealed this was not just an open box product but a very old product that they are just chancing their mit selling through Best Buy. I immediately closed up the box and put in for a refund which in itself took a couple of weeks having had to get Best Buy involved to get a response from them. I was lucky, I got my money back and bought a new vacuum from the store. Buyer beware

SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Confirmed order via Best Buy. They took forever to ship, when I inquired they said it was being prepared for shipping. They then cancelled the order with NO NOTICE, because they sold the product to someone else.
