Make the drive to another sallys if you can. Came in looking for something temporary, up to a month or so for an event. My main thing was it HAS to wash out completely. I was berated for not wanting to permanently cover my grey hair and only wanting to cover them temporarily. Ok, fine, guess growing out greys isn't for everyone. So she points me to manic panic... says that's all she has. I'm pretty sure I was talking to the manager because she was bossing the other girl there around. I strolled around and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for - a semi permanent brown. No developper/amonia/etc. Just deposit color. She could have just sent me there. I also found root touch up powder and mousse as well as a color mask that lasts 7 washes. Many options over manic panic.

One girl nice one girl rude. Did not feel like I was welcomed when I came in. But the one girl did come and help me find what I needed. Other girl had her mean mug going. Mixed feeling

The employee was super helpful and knowledgeable, she made sure I got the right stuff for my hair. I had a complex color question and a hair dresser happened to come in at the time and she confirmed with the hairdresser what she suggested was correct and she was totally right. They also have a sweet discount for estheticians and esthetic students.

Shout out to this Sally's location that went above and beyond in trying to help me with my search on my color when my local Sally's Beauty closest to me couldn't even be bothered to check one of their boxes they got in shipment on the floor in front of them. Claireview location unfortunately did not get one of the colors I needed but had the other in. I will be taking my business here from now on and support this location as it seems they actually care about sales and customer service. Thank you for your effort and service!

Some old woman with White hair gave me snark looks when I got there and none of them could answer questions I had. I got there a couple minutes before they closed in the pouring rain and they had the doors closed before they were actually closed and couldn’t even bother to open them for a sale. Never going there again. The older woman was a hag and yelled at me through the doors with anger and an impatience attitude. If you don’t want to stay open till the actual time then don’t work there and go home and retire.

I went to the Sally’s location in spruce grove Ab a few weeks ago and out of the few locations I’ve been to In Edmonton this was the best location I’ve experienced. The lady that helped me gave me some great suggestions and they actually had product even though they were stocking shelves. They even looked in the product boxes to see if they had one more tube of the colour I needed. I usually take 2.5 tubes of colour for my thick long hair. They didn’t judge me when I walked in, which I thought they would cause I smelled like a camp fire since I was camping close by and I looked like a real mess. Thanks for making me feel normal as much as normal can be lol. I will be back

I went into sallys today to grab some nail stuff and hair dye. The ladies were lovely and explained everything to me and helped me pick what I needed. What a great experience. Thank you for being very friendly and answering my million questions. Haven't had such great services in a long time.

as i’ve seen in others reviews of this specific establishment, it is sub par compared to any other sally’s i’ve been too. the workers were rude to my *young* daughter and seemed annoyed whenever I asked questions, in addition to giving very vague answers. If you can, make the drive to another store because it would be 100% worth it :)

I think it’s weird that a beauty store wouldn’t require you be a professional to work there. The staff seem kind of rude, like they act as if they are better than you because they get to work there. When in reality, they have no knowledge on anything. I asked a woman working there about a couple products, and all she did was take them out of my hand and reread the label to me. Like thanks a lot, I could have done that myself or saved my time from even asking you if I knew that’s all you’d tell me.
