Came in for the grand opening. The store was clean and well organized. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Ashley Home Store for all your high-end furniture needs!

Recently my son bought a couch from the Ashley Store NE location.Their delivery guys are so unprofessional. They have no clue about delivering furniture. First, they broke our screen door and scratched the walls. The second, they cut the couch while unpacking, leaving a large tear of about 8 to 10 inches, the fabric, and the lining was ripped. When my son contacted them, they refused to replace it. They said that based on their policy, they don't replace the damaged items, they fix" them. If we wanted to buy the damaged one

Nice people, decent prices. Would have been 5 stars if they offered free delivery and a more affordable warranty option.And a return policy if you change your mind. It would make me feel better about my purchase and not have the feeling of buyers remorse.

Buying is easy part, once you pay you are stuck with them, I received the table that was already damaged, beware their policy is repair or replacement, that mean they take your dinning table away for 7 days and repair it and then bring it back. Worst Guest care and worst after sale process. I purchased brand new table but now ill get a repaired one.

Just got a new power recliner from Ashley HomeStore. The delivery was prompt and on time and within the window they gave us at the start of the day. I was impressed with the delivery app they sent us so we could see where their truck throughout the day. This was the first time I've seen something like that. The drivers were professional and polite and efficient in the setup of the chair. They even took our old chair with them when they left. I would definitely recommend Ashley HomeStore to anyone else.

Bought a king bed and dining chair from Ashley. The staff were super nice and understanding. Received product after a couple of weeks and it matched my exact expectations. Delivery team were super nice!

NE CalgaryKim Oakes is very nice and helpful she gives me a lot of options of choosing a furniture and prices for my new place…Also, Mathew so nice and thank you for being so honest he even returned the extra money that I’ve overpaid. Just a minor issue with regards to changing delivery date. Should be inform earlier not 2 days prior to scheduled delivery date. Otherwise product, sales and delivery were excellent. Thank you.

Purchased a leather couch here a few months ago and spent well over $2,000.00. The salesperson pushed a warranty on us, as we were purchasing a couch in the clearance section and they said it was highly recommended. We were moving to Newfoundland, but wanted to get some new furniture to bring with us as the taxes were lower.When we reached Newfoundland, I needed to use the warranty as the leather had a rip. When I called, I was told the warranty was void because I was now in a province that Ashley didn't service. They also refused to refund the cost of the warranty or provide any help. The warranty cost $269.00 + GST. I was supposed to get a voucher if I didn't use the warranty, but was told I would not get this now either because there are no stores on the island.None of this was explained to us. We were given a terms and conditions" pamphlet which apparently had the information buried in there after the warranty was already purchased (which would have been too late to do anything).I would avoid purchasing any additional warranties from Ashley Furniture and will not use or recommend their stores or services in the future. They offered zero alternatives

‼️DON’T BUY ANYTHING ‼️We bought the TANAVI SOFA and it was delivered on the 9th May 2023. After unboxing we realized the Modular sofas weren’t the same, one was beige and the other was more greyish. We contacted the salesperson and he assured us he will get us a new couch next thing we are being offered a sofa from clearance and funny enough we accepted it and it has not been delivered yet it’s 28 June 2023 and we still sitting with 2 toned shades of sofas. Don’t buy from this place.
