Wonderfully clean and well run. Super friendly staff. Noodle was so excited to go in she just ditched us and disappeared into the back - Lol. When we came the next day to pick her up, she was happy to see us but in no hurry to leave. I think she had a great time and I wouldnt hesitate to leave her in their capable hands again. Highly recommend!

Great dog daycare with friendly staff. They made us and our dog feel very welcome. Our German Shepard went from hesitant on the morning of day 1 to excited to get in and play with his new doggo friends the next day.

Always take good care of my puppies. They're always excited to go, and are happy when I come pick them up. The services we recieve are grooming and occasionally dog-sitting

All the other staff are kind, expect the manager. This lady is so rude and mean. I know my dog ​​has a bad personality, and I have reported this problem to other staff in advance. But the manager kicked us out straight away with an extremely bad attitude. And charged me full price when only part of the grooming job was done. These 2 stars are for other staff，and thank you for helping

I love this place! My dog Gary is 9 months old and a pittie mix and they are just the best to him. When I was worried I was stressing him out, and wanting to talk about switching from an unlimited membership to something smaller, the manager called me and had a very good conversation with me. It was focused on the dog and what was best for him overall given his age, breed, and development and not trying to get me to retain a larger membership. When I watch him on the cameras, I can see that my dog happy, kept safe, and loving life.

Having been referred to Dogtopia by a very happy customer, I thoroughly enjoyed their approach to both my dog and myself. After leaving my dog in their care, my dog came home both happy and tired. I was impressed with the menu of services and the flexibility. The prices are not the cheapest, but for my dog, I don’t want cheap. I purchased future services without hesitation and look forward to bringing my dog to Dogtopia.

Avoid. The only positives to this place are the location and how clean it is.In the less than 2 month period of sending my dog here she came home with cuts on her back on 2 occasions, neither of which were witnessed. The first time they said it was on stairs for the crates after reviewing camera footage and they had removed them, but I saw on the next visit that the stairs were still there. The second time I asked why my dog was in a crate when the doors were open to their outside area and only then was I told that she had been cut. Both occasions they completely brushed off my concerns for my dog’s wellbeing.When we boarded her for a long weekend we returned to a dog who had lost a concerning amount of weight and all of her food but 4 cups returned, including the majority of the frozen treats I had made her. She also had a large lump near where her collar was. When I realized how much food had been returned I called to ask what had happened and the woman on staff at that time had no idea how much my dog had eaten or even how her behaviour was. The manager then sent me an email the next day where there was zero concern for my dog and contained a bunch of excuses; she seemed annoyed that I followed up by calling to discuss the concerns and dismissed everything I had to say.When I returned later that same week to pick up the remaining food they had forgotten to send home with us, the manager then cornered me telling me my dog was a problem. It was very clear my dog wasn’t safe there after that weekend, and I guarantee a large part of it was the fact that I insisted on following up.By the way, the vet said the large lump on my dog’s neck was most likely caused by trauma. In other words, pulling excessively on her collar, either another dog or a human.I would never recommend anyone to send their dogs here because there is no guarantee their dog will be safe, and if something were to happen they are very okay with manipulating the situation so that they feel as though there is no responsibility on their end. Additionally, every grooming appointment I booked somehow never got done that day and her nails were never actually cut despite being long. The cameras also rarely work so you can’t even consistently keep an eye on your dog in the event you did need to send them here. There are far more places to send your dog for daycare and boarding that are safe and give you the updates they say they will during your dog’s day, and I feel much more comfortable trusting my dog’s welfare elsewhere rather than here.

We held our pup's 1st birthday party at Dogtopia Edmonton and it was really fun!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Super clean space without dog urine smell. Highly recommend Dogtopia for events!! :)

I live out of town so Dogtopia is perfect for bringing in my dog when I'm spending the day in the city. Staff are friendly and she gets great cuts and a bit of puppy interaction.

Staff were spotted on camera swatting dogs and spraying them with the hose, when confronted the manager said these were approved" actions.In response to the manager:We stopped bringing our dog to the facility when this happened. I am posting now because a similar allegation was recently brought up by some friends."
