Menchie's Frozen Yogurt
I visited your Tsawwassen location today and felt it was necessary to share a few observations with you. First, the employee working the counter was on her phone the entire time I was inside, with her head lowered and not even acknowledging the customers in the store. Second, the store had no lights inside, making it strange and dark. I then went to get some ice cream and discovered that half of the flavours were not available, along with toppings. I ended up leaving without any ice cream. Head office needs to stop by this place.

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt
The place has gone really down hill. There is never any selection in the store for frozen yogurt. I went and got some today and the taste was disappointing . It was so gross I couldn't finish it Customer service is also just bad well the people who work the store are always polite they often in the back never at the front counter and never say anything.

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt
so today I was in menchies and the girl working was really hitting up my boyfriend, id also like to add she looked like a slob. I felt really threatened and had to leave without my ice cream. I will not be returning to this location and I strongly suggest on firing her.

Grossly overpriced. Paid $16 for one yogurt. I got a lot, but I can get the same amount from yogen fruz for half the price (a large, completely full cup is like $8).

This place is extortion! Average average for a mind-blowing Price. I feel dirty after paying 23 Dollars for 2 average ice creams. Literally comes out so fast and water at the beginning that your forced to use more than you wanted. Melted in 2 minutes as well. I feel used

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt
I don't go to a lot of Menchie's, but this is the worst I've ever walked into - and then promptly walked out of. Half the flavours of a regular Menchie's at the best of times, and even then half of those are out of order or out of stock. No lights on, weird buzzing noises, and a paltry selection of toppings, it's like walking into a yogurt store in a horror movie. What's going on?

Lovely staff, they just knew we were new when we walked in, explained it all to us. Warned us about the price which was super. (It's on weight and you can go crazy). Great fun deliciuos yogurt
