Last minute order. My daughter wanted a cake which had a rainbow, princesses and Frozen. Rose Blanche did an excellent job putting my daughters asks into one amazing cake. Very satisfied with my experience with them.

For what I paid, I was extremely dissapointed. The background colour on the cake was white when it should have been black or grey, there were three ribbons as decoration that were missing and for one of the main colors they put orange instead of red. And the cake itself had very little flavor. Very dissapointed, would not go back.

I would usually give this store 5 stars because it is a local gem filled with great items for baking. However I visited today with my mother and was greeted with such rudeness by an employee that I probably won’t be going back because of it. She seemed annoyed every time we asked a question , barely cracked a smile , and was very snappy. She seemed unhappy to even be there which made the whole experience a really bad one. It’s very unfortunate because we’ve been coming to this store for years and they do have so many cute items. We went in happy because we were buying items for upcoming events - but left in such low spirits because this employee really left a bad taste in our mouth.

1st time I walked in both staff members were polite, the young lady that served me was giving me advice on making cake pops, if you love baking Rose Blanche Accesso...is a great place to buy anything you need, I'm definitely going back and would recommend it to all aspiring baker's...keep up the great work!!!

So glad I found this place. The owners are very knowledgeable and seem to have answers to all my baking queries. Small, but filled with everything you need for your baking needs. If you don’t see it, just ask. They also make cakes to order for all occasions.

Great find in Lachine. Ordered a birthday cake for our 6yr old and it was fantastic. We had a custom design (Habs jersey with our son's name on it) and the taste & quality were better than expected. While they made a small mistake with the cake flavor, it was still delicious and the owner quickly made up for it. Will use them again.
