Not sure if they pulled someone off the street to ring orders through but they charged me for a different 6 than the footlong I had ordered and had a completely different total to get the other half of the sandwich. In a rush to get back to work I didnt realized I just paid $23 for a sandwich with a small bag of chips and fountain drink."

Fast, food is good, orders never get messed up. Have gone here multiple times recently with zero issues.It is advisable to come here instead of the Prospect location, if you can. It is much faster and not that much further of a drive.The only issue is that it is a bit out of the way, but that has nothing to do with the review.

It just seems like they don't care, and they always seem to put less and less meat on your sandwiches when you go there. I remember going there, and I get rotisserie chicken, and I swear to God. There was one tiny little scope on a twelve inch sub it wouldn't even go end on this sub.

Sadly the service at this location has been steadily declining.I understand and can sympathize they are understaffed and busy, however the mistakes are becoming more frequent.This evening's visit saw me with a sub prepped on the wrong bread, no cheese (though I paid for extra) and the sub was toasted when I specifically said Not Toasted.This is not the first time my sub has been wrong; but it was the first time I actually called to complain. and while I was polite and courteous and they have promised me a free sub at a future visit..the phone called ended with the phone being hung up very loudly in my ear without so much as a goodbye.Sadly I don't believe I'll be using their drivethru again
