We were very pleased with Kelleher & Associates. We contracted them to produce a surveyor's report for two properties. We found that the reports were very detailed when it comes to overall structure of the building, walls, wiring, moisture etc., and it also contained recommendation about short/long term repairs, price estimates and overall suggestions whether we should go ahead with purchasing the property. Patrick, Ashling and Ian helped us to get our Residential Survey Report completed quickly, efficiently and in good humour. We, like many, were First Time Buyers and so were dealing in an industry where everyone is more experienced than you and that can leave you feeling vulnerable. Kelleher & Associates took the time to explain everything, gave us lots of overview before committing, answered all of our questions (stupid and otherwise) and just in general walked us through the process.Ian, the surveyor who visited our property was quick, efficient, pleasant and clearly was very experienced. He met with us at the end of the work to talk us through the findings, again, taking the time to make recommendations and explaining in detail anything that we didn't understand.
