I paid for the top service and did not feel I received value for what I paid. There were issues that I feel should have been spotted that were never noted and follow up did not resolve anything.

Gregg recently inspected a home for us and was nothing short of amazing. There were issues with the current owner and Gregg was flexible and accommodating. The inspection itself was top notch and thorough.I would highly recommend that anyone looking to use his services book the infra-red light as it adds peace of mind. In addition, Gregg was patient and answered all our questions. As first time home buyers this was greatly appreciated.
