Do not use this service. I contacted Ian Richardson to do a repair job and he quoted $1695.00 for the job. He requested $695.00 up front which I paid. Since then, I've never seen him. He kept saying he'd come, but never did. Had some of the poorest excuses ever heard. This was a good one: My wife has a brain tumor and it took a turn for the worst I will keep you updated probably Tuesday Wednesday next week soeery for delay" (Spelling is his

Waited for weeks to get a small job done, ( was never done) kept telling me every week for a month that he would come this week and never showed up. Poor service and no phone call or email to let me know he couldn't make it. Would not recommend.
