William Apartments
My parents live here and absolutely love it. The lobby, grounds and overall security is amazing. The units are clean and modern and upgraded when someone moves out and a new resident moves in. I am happy my parents decided to move here from their house in Waterloo. Perfect transition! The landlord is kind and quick to address any concerns too! Thanks Carpreit.

The property manager is a bit difficult to get a hold of, but other than that, everything is great. Units are spacious, quiet, and clean; the manager delivers every maintenance notice to every door, and work orders were done in a very timely fashion; most of the neighbours are nice people that will talk to each other; great location, too.
