Accidentally ordered a rifle online thinking it was the 9mm version instead of the .22 version. I immediately contacted them via the online form and asked to cancel the order. Several days go by with no response and then I receive a pending shipment notification. I contacted them again begging them not to ship it. Absolutely no response from the business. They just ignored me. Really bad company. Don't buy from them.

Good source to buy from. I bought after hours so was slow to ship. Once shipped it was here in 2-3 days though. Id recommend

I ordered 2 firearms, got one shipped to BC and came very quick (5 days) and a used rifle shipped to northern Sask. very helpful and friendly over the phone. Pleasant experience buying from here!

A very professional store that has hard to find items like reloading components. Eagle Firearms is the only store that had the Nosler bullets I ordered in stock. Not only that, my order was processed, packaged and shipped within 24 hours. Not counting the weekend, I got it delivered from SK to QC in 72 hours.And this is my second order in as many years. I am making this store a favorite stop and check. Compared to the big merchants who take 2-3 weeks to even get started on an order, I would rather shop at small stores who actually deliver fast.They have my business.

Great service and fast shipping, haven't visited the store in person as they are a few hours from where I live but do a decent amount of online ordering with them. whenever I call whoever answers the phone is extremely friendly and very helpful. Awesome people to deal with!

Bought my 6.5 creedmoore from these guys, I'm very happy with my experience, ordered it over the phone and had it shipped to my house, had no problems and staff was great to deal with, oh and the price for my new 6.5 creedmoore with walnut stock and a vortex crossfire ll scope was some as a used 6.5 with plastic stock elsewhere. I've shopped here twice now. The first experience was fine, got what I ordered. Second experience was not so. Half the order showed up and they would not cooperate to get me the remaining part of the order. Just stay away from this Mickey Mouse outfit.

My first few online orders went very smoothly, cummunication was good, shipping the ammo went smoothly.On my last order I received a box of ammo that was a mixed box i am not sure what brands of what exactly is in it. I emailed twice with pictures of the differant ammo. Just to get an idea what it was. And received no response. However when they want money for shipping they respond within a day. The box I received was all beat up so maybe it was a box they bought second hand? If the company wants to reach out to me I'll change this review.
