Exceptional customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable staff provided me with the answers to my shipping questions and made helpful suggestions to ensure a safe, insured delivery. They even assisted me with getting my large package through the door!

I found myself needing to drive there today due to a bad experience at a different retailer. It was a bit of a drive for me but the experience itself was flawless. You could tell the people working there had been trained on how to do their job and that is priceless in today's world.

Very poor customer service. Both young women behind the counter were rude and lazy and neither bothered to even make eye contact. The young woman that handled my transaction had no clue how to do her job. I had absolutely no confidence my package would get to where it needed to be delivered. I will not go back to their location and give them any more of my business.

Erin is always so pleasant to work with. she’s so patient and helpful with amazon returns. very polite and excellent customer service skills!

Very very rude customer service by Cassie. This is the 3rd time Iv been in here and she has been working and is not a kind person. She rolls her eyes and acts as if her job is the worst job possible. When working somewhere where you deal with PEOPLE on a regular basis you need to have good customer service skills and she does NOT under any circumstances. I get people have bad days but this is the 3rd time Iv had to deal with her attitude and that is NOT acceptable. I will be using other services in the future if that’s what I have to deal with by going to this location.

Soooo expensive!!! Just moved here from a city with a OfficeMax why no Office supply stores here none makes no sense! Copies or anything u need printed the cost is completely outrageous $2-3 for a b/w copy 1 mind you OfficeMax is like $0.12-$0.25 for a copy and then the customer service varies day-to-day sometimes the girls are in a good mood sometimes they’re not and they just roll their eyes and slam their papers and whatever else so it just depends on what mood they’re in for the day Amazon returns are a bigger pain here than any place else the UPS store I used to go to they were no issue here you have to pay to have the label printed even though Amazon says that they will print it for free they don’t must have you return packed and labeled already or u pay!! Nothing is free at this place!!! Don’t go unless u have no other choice!! FDL needs an OfficeMax or something!!

Terrible customer service. Needed notary services. The gal obviously isn't educated enough to understand customer service. She was unbelievably rude, gave no eye contact was grabby when attaining our identification. Come on FDL UPS, you can do better!
