Don't buy anything from this store as they offer no warranties. Bought 2 brand new rhino GPS's one never charged from day 1 after completing my shift of 15 days I went to return it and they simply said no I had to deal directly with Garmin. Still brand new in the box and with receipt and 0 customer service. The girl essentially told me to get loss or shed call the cops. I won't be buying anything from them ever again....ohhh and by the way go to caleb's or bass pro as they same GPS was 200.00 cheaper there and they took the broken rhino and dealt with Garmin on my behalf.

Some people love their job, absolutely REALLY love answering dumb questions about my iPhone and some people absolutely just go there for the paycheck,dislike U bothering them. But nonetheless….I stop in …because there are very knowledgable staff here. Thank YOU for all my Telus / shipping Needs,answers, suggestions…U ROCK-and U know who you are!!!!

Unimpressed with the service, was there for 2.5 hours getting new phones set up and NOT ONCE was told that the plan was sharing data with my son. Only found out when I was notified that I was being switched to slow data because of how much he had used.When I was in the week before that, I was given wrong information about my phone plan which sent me on a wild goose chase of finding the correct information myself.They either aren’t trained well enough or don’t keep up on new information because it’s rare that it’s a simple thing to deal with this business and Telus. Very unfortunate when they are the Telus dealer in town.

DO NOT USE! WARNING TO EVERYONE!A utter disgrace to customer service in All areas of their buisness.Worst communication skills within the company if there is a issue. It is always the customers wrong doing even when their package or item ordered through Telus or delivered via Purolator is given out to some one else who doesn't have their name or address.Another reason that local residents choose other communities to support over and over again.Poorly educated staff and no quality of work within the overall organization.3 staff know of my issue all have been given my number, not any communication. I as a customer should not have to go through every single employees manager or owner to find a educated person who actually is interested in solving issues they cause.Would NEVER reccomendation for any of their products or services.

Terrible customer service in the store. No acknowledgement to the customers waiting in line upon finishing with someone at the till. Phone calls are more of a priority over people in the store. Ended up walking out when the clerk who was speaking with me stopped to answer the phone on the first ring mid sentence without any regard toward me whatsoever. I Won't be back

Returned a prepaid apple shipment to this company (via UPS) and it disappeared. Nobody had any explanation as to where it went and now I won't be getting a refund for my product I was returning. Update - The owner called me personally and did everything he could to help me track the package down. However due to UPS's negligence none of the tracking/scanning information was updated and the package was never even scanned. After filing a claim with apple, UPS delivered my package to apple the next day thankfully (problem solved). UPS is terrible but Oras did everything they could to rectify the situation.
