Contacted ZIP printing to get a price on printing to t-shirts for a sports team. At first it seemed OK and we wanted to get the shirts printed there but somewhere the communication between us and the business broke down. They were not returning calls and it became impossible to deal with them. We decided to have the shirts printed elsewhere. It's too bad. I would have preferred to support local business. Hopefully for them, this is a one-time incident.

Tried to get a return label printed. Associate was annoyed with request. Said I wasted more than the $1.65 it cost to print one black and white page because their email doesn’t work and couldn’t accept my request. Told me to pay in cash and come back the next day. Very poor experience.
