I used Northalta as the very first dayhome when I came to Canada, all the dayhomes my son attended through northalta treated him with kindness.Highly recommend.

Choosing a quality day-home can be very daunting. Michelle from NorthAlta family daycare service has been super amazing - reliable, prompt, informative and very friendly. Our day-home provider is also excellent just as Michelle described. I could not be happier with the care provided to my children.

Our daughter has been with Northalta since she first required care over 2.5 yrs ago, we had the greatest provider however she had to close her home and the next provider we found through Northalta is just as amazing. This agency is fabulous, the staff and director are genuine and so caring and the providers they have are top notch. I am so fortunate we found this agency and feel so confident that my child is receiving the highest level of care.I would recommend Northalta to anyone looking for childcare!!!

The quality of child care offered by the day home is top-notch and my kids are always happy when I pick them up at the end of the day. Both of our kids have been going to a Northalta registered dayhome provider for almost a year now.We are happy with our provider’s service and the kids love going to her place as well.Northalta is pretty good at their due diligence prior to setting up a provider. They also conduct monthly surprise audits and we get a report of the audit within a couple of days in our email.Their fee is quite reasonable as well.We would highly recommend going to an accredited day home provider especially Northalta.

THIS AGENCY IS THE BEST AGENCY EVER!My family and friends we have dealt with Northalta Family Day homes for 30 years, and the staff are all sooo helpful.We have all been placed with the most amazing day home providers, throughout our many years that we have all been with Northalta!Currently me and my wife have our child placed with a provider from this agency. Our day home provider has become like family to me and my wife. She treats all of her six children in her care like her own. She is AMAZING to all her parents; going above and beyond to make us happy, she has a heart of gold, she is so caring, and very loving to my child. Also, she has worked with my son in many ways educationally wise. She is the reason he extremely advanced for his age. I am so lucky to have found her through the agency!

The agency is amazing! Staff are friendly, professional, helpful and quick to respond. They make everything easy for families and were wonderful to work with.We were lucky enough to have Radhika as our day home educator and she is the best day home educator any family could ever hope for. Our family's experience of 2.5 years at her day home was overwhelmingly positive and our daughter LOVED her time there. Radhika sets a standard of excellence for childcare that is above and beyond anything we could have hoped for our daughter. She is creative, passionate, loving, energetic, caring and has a pure love for children. I would highly recommend her as an early childhood educator.

We have been with Northalta since April 2016 and I just couldn’t thank enough to our dayhome provider Miss Shirley and the wonderful Northalta staff. Back when we were choosing between dayhomes vs daycares it was the first time we learned about the existence of licensed dayhome agency that was government approved and subsidized and at a much more affordable price and with minimum wait time for open spots. We were so lucky to have Shirley to take care of our daughter and then two years later our son as well. She is just the nicest human being with a loving heart for the kids and her freshly cooked home meals left me a piece of mind at work each and every day. Every dayhome has a designated consultant who pays regular monthly visit to check, observe and document the activities and send monthly reports to us parents – I really enjoyed reading ours written by Laura! Abby who works the payment out always gets back to me the accurate amount with the most detailed reply and she is super nice all the time – all this were done paperless as Northalta has everything online or through emails which works great for us as working parents! I’ll never hesitate to recommend them to whoever needs the best care for their little ones!

The whole two and a half year's that our family has been sending our child to a Northalta day home have been great. The agency is easy to get a hold of and are pleasant and friendly to deal with.Shout out to the fantastic education, care and meals provided at Heder's House!! :)
