Durham Radiology Associates-X-Ray & Ultrasound

Quick in and out. Covid protocols are still being followed. The medical receptionist was very pleasant. I brought in my 17 month old baby (scared and anxious) surprisingly the scan went smoothly, the ultrasound tech was polite and calmed my baby down whenever she starts to cry. Also, the place is very clean! Thank you for the great customer service!

Great Location and Mir is a great radiologist who was able to take me in on his break to accommodate my appointment which I would have got only in June. Very cordial receptionist and amazing service. Thanks forvtge great service..

I visited this location for the second time within a month for an ultrasound and I found it to deliver excellent work. The receptionists were very friendly and spot on with information and directions. The technician who performed my ultrasound was clear and precise with her questions and information. I happened to call today to clarify something and they transferred me to Mehmet (the manager) who was very friendly and answered all of my questions after getting back to me. I also need to mention that all my ultrasound requests came with suitable appointment timeline. I live in Bowmanville and I could not book an appointment there, however this location accommodated my both requests without waiting period or being on waiting list.Thank you so much for an excellent service Ajax branch and please keep it up.

THE WORST HOURS. They open at 9am and while google says they close at 5, the receptionist said its 4pm, when I said the earliest I could make was 4pm. She then said how for an ultrasound that I need, the radiologists only do that between 10-1. That they are picky". Picky?! I would say its disgusting that I have to use a sick day because they are "picky".Honesty if they had a single late night or open earlier I would not see an issue but only doing apps mid day is a major inconvenience to people. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

Great experience!! Cindy, the lady at the reception. She is so nice and accommodating. Shelly, the x-ray tech. She is the best. I was a bit scared to do the mammogram but she made me feel comfortable and relax. Very professional. Highly recommend

Does Ohip needs to investigate your office.Does your office triple bill ohip even when humans do not visit your lab?

Just had the best experience at Durham radiology in Ajax. My receptionist was very nice and helped book my next appointment. Mere was the name of the technician that performed my ultrasound and I have to say he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He also found out I had a second appointment later in June and worked with the receptionist and processed the paperwork so that Mere could perform the second ultrasound which in turn saves me a second trip to the clinic. Thank you for the great service

I have visited Durham Radiology twice in the past year. I had a great experience both times from start to finish. All technicians (Claudia, Mir and Shelley) were very thorough and treated me with great care. Sometimes these appointments can be stressful but I am very happy with the service and will definitely return should I require any additional appointments.

The staff at this location are always pleasant , courteous, empathetic and always try to assist and accommodate as best they can within the situation. It does not go unnoticed especially when someone is already concerned about their health . Thank you ladies at the front for your patience, kindness & respect.
