Absolutely fantastic vet clinic. They have a variety of Veterinarians with different focuses and styles. They're all great and you'll definitely find someone that meshes best with you and your pet. They were wonderful and truly cared about us and our pets. Our dog was a particularly difficult, complicated case. And we are confident we were able to get another year or more with her with their help and guidance. Could not have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful end of life process for lovely little fur baby. Thank you Dr. Monaghan and Vet tech Emma. Your care will not be forgotten by us or our family!

All of the staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. With vets, it's easy to find some that care more about your money than your pets, and I've never felt that to be the case here. Even when money had been a concern for me, they've been accommodating and understanding.They expertly handle our nervous dog, and them having an exotic species veterinarians is incredible, as we know our bearded dragon is in the best hands.

Honestly the best Pet Hospital I've experienced. So glad we found them. If you are looking for a fear free certified vet, look no further. If you don't know what fear free is, it's time to learn.

Dr B was absolutely thorough, kind and professional when dealing with our sick bunny. She was so very gentle in discussing palliative options in front of the kids, didn't rush our time despite her busy schedule. Her assistant was fabulous as well, so great with the kids and again thorough and professional. Absolutely recommend this clinic if you want to be confident your pets are getting the care they need.

i LOVE this vet. they take such good care of my cats. I just moved to this area and was really nervous about transferring to a new vet. the receptionist spoke with me and didn’t rush me at all. When i came for my appointments the vet was very patient and took a considerable amount of time to thoroughly check on my babies. He answered all my questions and listened to everything i had to share. i really appreciate all of the staff here and feel so fortunate to have them as my veteran clinic

Dr Lawrence is phenomenal in his obvious care for pets. Our dog takes awhile to get used to new people, and they’ve always respected and worked with him instead of him being put into an uncomfortable situation.All of the staff we’ve ever met at Coastal have been amazing. Wouldn’t take our dog(s) anywhere else.

We have just recently taken our Schnauzer Milton here. They were wonderful we got his shots flea and tick as well as his health check. They actully got down to Miltons level. They even called the next day to check and see how Milton was feeling and he loved their cookies. Thank you so much!

We go there with our ferrets and they are wodnerful through the good and bad news. They were perfect when our one baby passed away. They are my favorite exotic vet I've been to!

We've used Coastal rivers for 2 spay procedures and both experiences have been fantastic. From beginning to end (and even post surgery) they were meticulous and clearly cared for our dogs as they had the procedure and even checked up on them afterwards.Both our dogs experienced no complications and they recovered quickly. Highly recommend!

Overall, the veterinarian clinic and the service provided is exceptional. They show a love of their job and very helpful answering questions. My one cat had to have four teeth removed from resorption. I was quoted a price approximately for 1-2 teeth. However four teeth had to be removed after thoroughly checking under sedation. Dr. Jeffery didn't charge me anything extra for the teeth removal.I would have given five stars if it wasn't for one of the female veterinarians that work there. I don't remember the name but she misdiagnosed my one cat as having a food allergy after paying to have a examination (she didn't find any fleas as she only took a few seconds checking for any). I've been giving my cat dry food for a number of years never with any reactions. So I thought based on her advice it was something that was induced because of getting older. The small red bumps with some inflammation on her lower back had started a few months prior to the visit, why I brought her in. She the vet told me it was an allergy reaction.After doing a little bit more research after about a week of giving her meds and the allergy type food her condition didn't change. I was concerned and decided to check my cat myself for fleas. I found over 20 of them on her. I treated the fleas with revolution and the allergy problem with her back went away.I was stuck with a expensive bag of special allergy dry food I bought there which I didn't need to buy plus the cost of the medication and the check up that was a waste.Follow up:Came in to get my cats vaccinations up to date. Never before was I told to remain in the waiting area while both my cats were receiving their second dose follow-up vaccinations. Note all previous appointment and vaccinations I was brought into a room with my pets and present the whole time. Why was this time any different?I was told that was because a technician was doing it this time, not a veterinarian.I thought this was a strange procedure given previous visits I was always in the company of my pets whether or not the technician was there followed by the vet afterwards. I felt like this was just a convenience for the technicians there to administer the vaccine without having to have a room prepared. They told me upon leaving that it was so that they'd have rooms available but when I got there they were plenty of rooms available and it was not busy at all.I felt like the level of trust here has diminished because as a pet owners we are their only advocate. They can't speak for themselves. For all good and intentions people have, how am I to honestly know the treatment of my pet was handled properly. Why was my presence a problem to calm my pet and be there for them. People have bad experiences at some vet clinics, this one seems to be mostly positive but today seem to be a blemish. Not to mention overhearing the young lady that took my pets into the back room whispering something to the employee next to her thinking I was unaware upon returning. I'm wondering if the owner even is aware of this going on.I use to work at a very clinic years ago, not everyone has the same compassion and care as the next person. Perhaps I'm going a bit overboard, but from my many experiences you can't be too careful and negligent when it comes to providing your pets a safe environment when in the hands of others.A response to a previous post I've read by Megan Alexis..We absolutely want to have every pet's visit be a good one. We are proudly a Fear Free and Cat Friendly practice. We know that pets would rather stay with their owners
