Recently, I purchased a car Mazda CX5 2013 GT from this dealership but the car had some issues. I spoke to Hadi, the manager and without any hesitation he agreed to fix the problem. I was expecting that repairs will take a week or so but to my surprise, he called me to pick up the car after two business days. Before I took the car home, we both test drove the car to make it sure it's fixed and safe. That's professionalism! Thanks Hadi for the excellent service and good attitue. Keep up your good work as this will bring you more success. Highly recommended!

Got my car in this shop with decent price. Nick is friendly and helpful on all aspect. Will definitely return and recommend to people looking their first car in Toronto area. They have different categories of vehicles from budget to mid high-end.

True to its name, Ontario Quality Motors does offer great cars. I bought my Nissan Altima from them. The performance of this car was amazing and arguably exceeded my expectations. During the purchase process I am very grateful to Mo for his patience in helping me. Mo would answer any questions I had and he also helped me adjust the parameters after I got the car. Before finally on the road, Mo also helped me test drive and told me the specific performance of the vehicle. If you need a used car, Ontario Quality Motors and Mo will definitely help you a lot!

My husband had called on May 17,2023 wanting to come see a Mercedes Benz. We were told a $500 deposit was required but would be reversed if we decided against the car. We did not go to see the veichle after running a carfax and reading review. I have called multiple times to have the charge reversed for the deposit of $500 from May 17,2023 and keep getting the run around that the manager is out, or put on hold and left on hold. I called again today on June 24,2023 and was put on hold again with no response. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants good service. No contract was signed. We had not even met in person as we were traveling to the city. I am now taking up this dispute for my deposit with my bank as this place does not seem to want to call back or rectify the request. It has been a month and I still have not seen my deposit return; Each time i call i am told it can take up to 7 days...... a month later nothing.Thankfully I went with my gut feeling that this garage was not ideal and purchased from a dealer ship.

New update: I have now paid off my car, and my heat issue is still not fixed.....This is an update: Bought a 2011 Dodge Journey. Love the suv. Moe was awesome and friendly. I found problems from day one. They fixed a few, but still fighting over my heating issue. Good thing it has not been overly cold. I have had the suv for 4 months... I will not recommend them to anyone and will never buy another vehicle from them.

Amazing place! They have good deals, great cars, and even better customer service. The staff were very friendly, explained everything to me patiently and professionally, and reassured any doubts. Would highly recommend!

I bought a Ford edge. Muffler broke in 35 days, they spray paint the rust after two months full exterior rust was showing, had. patch job on electrical. Two months door lights and back up camera inconsistent. Hidden washer hose broke and was glued back. After four months both front bearings were gone. Strongly don’t recommend. Little mechanical shop in the back to do patch job to sell and past inspection. I advise anyone if your care about your safety don’t buy here.

Bought a Ford Explorer here about a year and a half ago. Had problems with it almost immediately. $1200 for exhaust, $2300 for brakes, $1800 for tires, $350 for suspension, $2000 for a pulley in the AC compressor (engine won't run without it). I understand buyer beware" but it's hard to believe these guys didn't know about these problems beforehand. Reading the other reviews it seems that it's pretty common for them to try to pass off substandard vehicles. Do you homework and have YOUR mechanic inspect the vehicle!"

I had an amazing experience! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with friendly staff. Answered all our questions honestly and went out of their way to accommodate us. We purchased a vehicle and we are so happy. Awesome customer service!! We definitely plan to be repeat customers.
