Maltby Centre

My experience with Maltby has been amazing. The therapists we have worked with have been incredible. They have been great with my child and given me the knowledge, guidance and confidence I needed to be able to continue building and working on skills at home. I am so appreciative of each and every one of you!

There is great programming and people who are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a system that you need to work with as a parent though. If you work the programs they will work for you and your child. We have been involved in several different programs over the years and I have learned a tremendous amount about my children and myself. I highly recommend the Maltby Centre.

Excellent experience !

It used to be good. Now the workers cancel appointments and don’t return calls. If you want actual consistent help for your child this is not the place to go anymore

My experience was dreadful when I called the lady said she would have a counsellor set up and they would call in the next couple of days. 2 weeks late I called and they forgot her. Then when the counsellor finally did call she would set up appointments constantly and cancel or never call at all. When she finally did call she was 2 1/2 hours late with apology of course spoke for 1hr. 45 minutes set up another appointment and cancelled again for another 2 1/2 weeks then just stopped . A month later she still has never called back then today I get a letter of apology. Super frustrating if your looking for help for your kids please look elsewhere all they have done is caused more frustration and anxiety to a already stressed teen. Angry mom
