Jimmy and son helping hands

Facts: Jimmy was contacted to do a move well in advanced and confirmed. Days before the move when we contacted to confirm he backed out.Jimmy wanted $300 an hour to use none of his equipment we were renting a uhaul. Jimmy was working with another professional mover. We were moving my 68 year old mom.No empathy and no compassion he left us stranded.Hire someone who is registered and insured with years in business who will show up.If I could give 0 stars I would.I believe in being Honest, trusting and going that extra mile to help customers. Something Jimmy does not have and just proved it.
