Exceptionally bad customer service. While some of the agents are genuinely friendly people and try to be helpful, the companies policy for dealing with customers is poor. The advisors repeat all the promotions they have to offer in every phone call, even if you tell them that you are in a hurry and would like to skip hearing it due to the circumstances.I have more than a few instances that the advisor gets defensive, irritated with my questions, or makes an impression that you are being dishonest. I give you an example. My workplace is literally 1 km away from home (970m on google map), and I don't even bother to drive the car. There have been several cases that the advisor responded by questioning how accurate this distance it is or whether I am being honest about it or not.I got fed up in two cases in the past few years and asked to talk to their manager, and followed up to see what has been done about their advisors' unprofessional language. Never received a phone call from them. Bad business.I do not recommend this insurance company.

Not sure how I feel about this place.They handled my claim fairly quickly and got my car fixed also fairly quickly.I learned after ,that they used an aftermarket part that did not fit my car,I was explained that was because the insurance company only allows that.Well ,the part that was installed I declined and they replaced it with an OEM part. The people there are not as friendly as the commercial on TV and seem somewhat disinterested when dealing with them and it is hard trying to contact them sometimes.The actual car repair side of things ,Carstar, are a little more friendly and on top of things.I think it was the not so friendly feeling at the TD front desk that turned me off. It is good having a place like this however to deal with accidents and the rental car place is just across the street.

Unorganized and unreliable. This company will callously leave you stranded in a pinch, or in the event of a claim. I just paid an additional 280 anually for a new premium with an old broker who will answer the phone. Wasnt worth trying to save a buck here.

I was expecting some problems but I had a good experience. There was a delay (of course) with the parts but that's the way things are now and I resigned to wait for a couple of months. There was regular communication; two people contacted me every few weeks and were reasonable. The lady who took my deductible was very nice. My car was repaired perfectly and cleaned inside and out. It looks great actually. I am pleased with their service.

I would mark lower if possible. My fiancé has been trying to get a hold of them for almost a week straight since being told that she was permitted to take her damaged vehicle to their shop. she has called AT LEAST 30 times (not an exaggeration) with NO response at all. I would like to review the rest of their services, but unfortunately I would need be have contact with their departments in order to properly rate the rest of their services.Her vehicle has been damaged for two weeks and these 'professionals' have apparently forgotten the use of voicemail.When your answering machine says you will get back to your customer 'within the CURRENT BUSINESS DAY' normally that refers to THE DAY THEY CALL.

Terrible. Quoted a job $1000 when I already had a quote from another repair shop for $100. The damage" was so minimal you couldn't even see it. Tiny smudge that needed to be buffed out. Couldn't explain to me why it's 10x the price from one place to another. Switching insurance companies because of this experience. Taking complete advantage of long time

In summary, the repair here took over two weeks and the staff was not helpful at all. Avoid this place and get the work done somewhere else!We first went in to get photos taken of the damage so the parts could be ordered. We then went in about a week later to get the repair done told it could take up to 5 days. On the day after the first 5 they said they couldn’t finish the work because all the parts weren’t in and we were told the car was not in a driveable state. This made zero sense because the all parts should of been ordered at the initial visit when we took photos of the damage. Clearly they weren’t. The staff was hard to reach and was unhelpful and couldn’t even offer us a rental.On top of that our car had half tank when dropped off and was empty when picked it up yet the paper work said it was driven 0 kilometres.

Terrible experience from an unreliable company.I had fraudulent charges on my credit card so I missed a payment. When I updated it they didn’t take payment and didn’t contact me to say it didn’t go through. Weeks later they sent a letter to the post office and by the time I received it they’d terminated my policy.I had the app - they could’ve notified me via text, phone, notification, or email that the payment didn’t go through. The agent I spoke with could have followed up that a payment didn’t go through.Their customer service was terrible and rude. I can’t believe how bad td insurance is. I thought they were a reputable company but they do not care about helping people.
