I highly doubt that this is a real company. Their website states that they are based in Ontario, Canada and yet the gloves shipped straight from Pakistan. The phone number attached to the company is from NYC and the address is just a random house in Ontario. I tried to contact them for a refund and the email address provided is inexistant, the domain is not even real. Avoid at all cost !

I started to freak out after reading the reviews and contacted them.They said they had a delay due to the Xmas season.Got the gloves two days in, very happy with them. Will definitely order some more gloves and maybe more later on.The gloves are amazing so im very sad to see the negative reviews on here. Hope this means they made the right changes and are moving on the right track.

BEWARE!!!If I could leave a negative star review I would. BEWARE!!!!! I never received my gloves over a month later. They created a shipping label but never shipped them. They charged me the $45.99 w/ a “satisfaction guarantee”... but it’s hard to be satisfied when paying $45.99 for nothing. BEWARE!!!!Also, they claim to have refunded my money... that’s a joke.Whatever you do... BEWARE!!!

Same issue as other customers. Shipping label was created from FedEx but the item was never picked up. No response to emails or phone calls.

I placed order on the 10th, Label was created on the 13th, FedEx has not received the items, I have enailed, called and no resolution! I have asked for refund and doubt that will happen. I am reporting this to my bank as Fraud and Putting a BBB complaint.

Ordered gloves on 12/9. FedEx label was created on December 13 with estimated arrival as 12/16. Checked Fed ex tracking number on the 16th and only a shipping label was created and is apparently coming from Pakistan not Canada. Three days of phone calls and emails saying I want to cancel my order with no response. Business address is in Ontario Canada but is a residential address. Do not fall victim like I did.

I’ve placed an order for gloves to be shipped to Australia on 22 December 2019. I’m writing this review on 25 September 2020.Nothing has been updated with my order and I have not received anything. They made an excuse about the coronavirus outbreak saying they can continue the process when it gets better. Surely more than 7 months is enough time to send them to me?I asked for a refund too and they don’t bother answering you.

I canceled my order and was told my refund would be processed within 24 hours that was on December 2nd. I still have not received my refund. They also quit responding to my emails.
