Very fast service at the counter when I ordered my customized egg McMuffins without the bread and a couple of extra tomato slices. Avoiding gluten at McDonald's is super easy and makes breakfast or lunch time a snap for a Celiac like me. The food came out hot and fresh and well presented. The restaurant appeared to be clean and well maintained.

Went through the drive thru. It was late, so there were a lot of people, as the actual store was closed. You would think the food would be fresh. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and I know there are freshness timers on the food (or there are supposed to be). Usually whenever I come to this location, I have to request for fresh food, but I figured because there are a lot of cars, so a lot of food is going out, it’ll be fresh. After waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, I got my food and the nuggets were HARD and cold, fries were also stale, like they’ve been sitting for a while. Had to go back into the drive thru line and wait for another 15 minutes to ask them to drop some fresh fries and nuggets for me. This is extremely disappointing, and I debated not coming back because of the line, but for food that cost over $15+, why shouldn’t I enjoy it? Extremely disappointing. This location has changed a lot since I worked here years ago. :/

Line moves fairly quickly! Definitely not perfect (like any McDonald's really), as they deal with high volumes of customers, but they've gotten my order right more times than they've messed up. And it's super convenient they are open 24/7!

Was highly disappointed with the lack of service at this location. While ordering the only thing the person constantly kept saying was “anything else?!?!!?” Repeatedly. There was no greeting. Nor the window staff had any sign of customer service. Staff need to be trained again on how to work with customers. Ordered no pickles. Sandwich had paper showing it was modified but inside there were pickles.

I ordered from the lakeshore and first street location via skip the dishes app and when my food arrived, there was a bite taken out of the mcchicken. I contacted skip the dishes, they were not helpful. McDonald's didn't even answer the phone. I will NEVER order from either again. DISGUSTING!!

Ordered at drive through, informed the staff I have point’s card to scan. She literally yelled at me! Why didn’t you tell me that while ordering. I was shocked with her rudeness because I was very gentle and polite to her.I don’t see any big of a deal to get that mad for this.When I scan my point’s card, it pays my bill too since it’s connected with the app.And also, I never go and dine in the restaurant as it is very dirty. The tables are not wiped what so ever.

Decent location .Have a lot of people coming in and going through the evening .The team working here is decent and they maintain the cleanliness of the location.Their order automatic machine is sometimes broken and doesn’t work fine.We ordered fillet o fish and jr mc chicken and peach fruit shake and chocolate and strawberry shake.The bill came down to 30$ for 3 people.It’s easily accessible as there is a lot of parking space and even wheel chair accessible.The food did take time since the order didn’t went through.You can also find goof happy meal toys here

The BIG miss is that this location tends to run out of product. Just this morning, I made an emergency run for breakfast and after waiting in line, I find out they dont have the 1 thing I was asked to pick up, Breakfast Burritos.*Run on sentence, I know.This is more of a managerial issue. Hopefully Management is reading their google reviews.-Service is great & the locationnis clean.-Free parking.-lots of amenities/businesses are within walking distance.
