terrible. All tables are greasy and never been wiped, I can barely find a clean spot to sit at. The employees sit in the corner playing phone. Looks like the ventilation doesn’t work well and the restaurant is filled with weird smell. All of it can be accepted if only the food is good but sadly no, The “soup” tastes disgusting and barely any meat in there. It is basically seasoned hot water with a bunch of random veggies. I convinced myself to try it once but will never come back

Whoever made the 2 ginger beef delivered to the northwest around 10pm amazing very good quality clean tasting and good portion it was perfect should be like that every time.good ginger beef box

I recently had a takout order from this aspen landing location after a family friend who had a marvelous experience of dining in at this location. I did some research before ordering and owner was so patient about responding to our queries since it was our first experience with this Woxbox. And let me tell ya fellows what a quality food it was! Well cooked, well seasoned, all items were prefectly mingled to make a perfect Dan Dan!! I presonally picked this order to experience a customer service and overall restaurant feel and was so impressed. I personally believe to follow my own instinct rather than following some biasedly rubish reviews. Way to go guys! I would say it wont hurt to try yourself this location and you would know what I mean. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends and families.

We order on Uber eats from here and the experience has been good so far. The butter chicken is really good and they give you a decent amount for how much you pay!

What happened to this place?You barely get any meat, and the meat you do get is too big to bite and chewy.There’s no point in ordering ahead because they’re not going to make it until you get there and pay. Even though it’s empty and they say it’ll be ready in 15 so that’s when you arrive.Yes, we get inflation but your prices have gone up, the food is almost inedible and no more fortune cookies. I ended up composting most the food, would have been better off going to a sit down restaurant.Tip- save some money by not taping and over stapling the bag shut

The entire restaurant is filthy. I’m surprised it doesn’t get shut down for health code violations.After the weird response from who I assume is the owner, I’ll go into more detail.This was in the Aspen Landing Wok Box. Who I came with or what I ordered is irrelevant.There is a layer of grease on everything and every window sill had what looked like several months worth of dead flies. None of the tables were wiped clean. The seats were sticky. The windows have a thick coating of grease on them. Food was Luke warm when it was delivered to the table.

Absolutely fantastic food taste! Lots of options and combinations. Food is well cooked, served when dined in. Moreover great customer service! They listen. Waiting time is about perfect, fast payment, no matter its dine in or take out. I have tried both. Cleanliness was maintained when visited. Highly recommended for both dine in and take outs! Way to go Aspen Wok Box management and team!!

Place was empty at noon on Friday. Not a good sign. Ordered Wonton soup and Bang Bang Shrimp. Wonton soup had a weird texture and was just warm not steaming hot , not good. Returned for refund. Bang Bang Shrimp, just OK. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

I got udon noodles and crispy chicken with teriyaki sauce on the side, but my order gave me some other sauce on the noodles already so the chicken was soggy
