My room was Dirty on arrival.Mirrors obviously hadn't been clean, the toilet bowl, the tub, the bathroom sink.The drainage in the room was horrible. I showered in 3 inches of water. When I mentioned my experience there was no offer of any discount or refund.He did say If you had told us at the time

1 star hotel trying to pass itself off as a 2 star. Dirty and low quality maintanance. But good staff. Better options for the same price.

Ok so first things first....the lady at the front desk was ahhhh-mazing and the pillows were super comfortable.*Advice - read all the reviews before booking*The room however......one bed was dirty, the sink had a huge crack all the way through it, the bathroom was barely big enough to get into and the toilet paper was completely broken so the roll was just crammed inside on edge plus you could every single noise from the rooms next door and above. It was very overpriced for what it was.

An economical choice but not a super one. Not a clean room. Please improve this area. Air conditioner doesn't work... needed a clean bed for 7 hours...

After reading some of the bad reviews I had pretty low expectations, but really it wasn’t that bad. Our room was was quiet and reasonably clean and it was a good location. Having the clerk ask if I wanted to check the room before I paid, saying “most people don’t like the rooms” was a bit odd but at that point I was in for the adventure. There were a couple things I would fix a bit and a couple more pillows and towels wouldn’t hurt, but it was good value in my opinion.
