Not happy with my purchase with Mten3. Got the wheel fairly fast so that was a plus. But after charging and turning on the euc, it wouldn't shut off. I emailed support but no response. Called the sales line as well but got voicemail. I tried to do research online but upon trying calibrating it, it is not turning on anymore and there is an nonstop beep coming from the wheel. The sound is annoying for a couple days now and still waiting for response for the dealer.... I have ridden the wheel already, it just wouldn't turn off. Now it doesn't want to turn on with constant beeping.... Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with transport mode which I have taken the wheel out of long ago. Please help with my situation and I'll consider changing my rating. The details are in the emails I sent to sopport

I've bought 3 wheels from Vaneuc over the course of 4 years. I plan to get a new wheel every 1-2 years and will get it again from Vaneuc. I prefer buying from a local dealer for the support if something goes wrong. Especially since I typically buy wheels that are new to the market.

I recently purchased my first EUC (Kingsong KS18XL) from Tom at VanEUC.Firstly, his service is fantastic. He personally delivered it to my house on a Sunday.His communication is excellent, and he not only lent me a smaller EUC to learn to ride on (I found the KS18XL to heavy to learn to balance on), but he personally delivered it to me and gave me a lesson while he was here.Tom is fantastic. I'm new to EUCs and just received my V8F from Van EUC. Tom's price was the best in Canada, he had my order in the mail the very next day, and he was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. after wearing out my Inmotion V8, I came to Tom and ordered his last KingSong 18XL 2000watt in stock. the shipping took a few days more than expected, but it was well worth the wait! the jump from a 16 inch wheel to an 18 inch is amazing! I can't wait to test the range capabilities! Tom has top notch customer service! do everything you can to order from him! every time I emailed him with a question, the response was within a few hours tops!

Tom from Vancouver EUC is the most excellent example of costumer service that exceeds all expectations.I initially bought my EUC elsewhere, and promptly broke a part (pic included; long story). The original dealer left me hanging with a shrug and a 6-8 week wait for parts. Tom not only stocks the parts, but he took extra steps to add the specific internal mount that I needed to the website so I could make an online order.And then he proceeded to get the parts into my hands the very next day! A kind of service you just don't see elsewhere. Period!

Purchased a Kingsong 18 XL from Tom on a Saturday. Had to process payment before noon too be able too get it in shipped too me. Was so excited while waiting for Wife to get home so that She could look over the transaction information to confirm it was legit. Well she arrived home after the deadline. Called Tom and told him that she was late. 15 minutes past. Tom of course had already hit the road. When I called him late, he did not hesitate turned around went back too shop, and got it shipped too me. I was very grateful for that Awesome service he provided. The Wheel is great. My first wheel. Great wheel great storeThis is the 2nd wheel I bought from Vaneuc in a year. I am Very happy with the delivery and shipping both times . Tom quickly answered any questions I had. The reviews for this store are excellent. I like the style of the Kingsong 16x its a little heavier than my v8f and the speed and range is better, however I will keep the V8F to bring in the truck for short little trips. Now I know why some people have more than one EUC .I finally was able to get 10km on the wheel so I can unlock the speed clamp, the weather has not been very helpful.Big thanks Tom !Its great to find good people who care and have passion for the product they sell and their customers.
