The quality work done on my vehicle was great. I have a newish car and was repaired like new. Norms did a great job, and provided a courtesy car as well. I also talked to Neil who took care of me and provided great customer service. Happy to take my vehicles back.

Norm’s has outstanding customer service. Getting parts post Covid19 is a slow, slow process which is no fault of Norm’s and crashes never stop occurring so they are extremely busy. Expect repairs from ICBC claim through completion to take several months, but the end results at Norm’s is perfection.
