Went in the Arthur street store n the blonde lady was so rude to my father an elderly man in his 80's she yelled at him in front of everyone pretty much h saying he was stupid for not knowing everything about the samsung they gave him when he wanted the iPhone like his old phone .told her she better stop treating people like this especially elders .she kicked me out of the store because I was telling her not to be rude .i think everyone should write a reveiw this is unacceptable....

Staff isn't even trained, no one knows what they're doing. They had to call other locations for every question i asked then sent me to the linthium location because they don't do returns when the day before when I purchased the phone they told me they did. So i go to linthium for me to see no one there cause it's closed now I have to wait 2 days to return my phone and possibly damage it before getting another one
