Courtyard by Marriott Oshawa

The hotel itself was ok, good greeting when arrived as well. We got to the room, there were dirty socks on the floor and the bathroom sink was dirty. Some spots uneven under the carpet too. We checked in at 10:30 pm so we just wanted to go to bed so we didn’t complain and just went to bed… but if socks were left on the floor, imagine what else was not cleaned up. For this price I definitely would have expected these basic things to not even be on the table. Disappointed and won’t be returning here.

Great venue for events. The staff was amazing and went over and above! The rooms are affordable, clean and great for out of towners attending events. Thank you for all of your help during our event.

Stayed here for a total of 3 nights for work. Rooms were decent (I stayed in 3 different rooms due to reservations). One of them the shower was a tad dirty and they had forgotten to replace rhe drain cover but nothing crazy. Beds were comfortable. The service made this place stand out to me however. They were always pleasant and went above and beyond for me during my stay. It didn't go unnoticed.

I stay at Marriott Hotels, about 80 days a year for work. This hotel is top-notch. The pool and fitness facility is great. Staff was courteous, and the service was quick and professional.

This place is clean, the service was okay and the room and bed were comfortable. But a number of things were off. You can literally hear the people in the next room talking to each other, lots of stuff in the room didn’t work, the washroom and shower design is horrible and very small.

Had a great experience.Helpful staff. Friendly . Well kept n new.. my elite platinum status usually helps with discounts at any property .but when spending 1 grand on this property, was about disappointing on no perks

Beds are comfortable, but the hallways smell like cigarettes. Only one cup of regular coffee in the room, however, 2 different types of tea, and a cup of decaf? Also, cigarette burns on the window shades.Facilities are great, but the room and overall experience isn't what I expected from a Marriott

This hotel is in a great location, very quiet in the morning as well. Our stay did not come with breakfast so that was a dissatisfier. But clean and did the job for the price. Friendly staff. A little hard to get out of as it is on a busy road with no lights to assist with access

I'm so happy with the service provided by Lori Anderson, Director of Sales & Marketing and her team! I had a few Room bookings done for my Wedding at the Courtyard Marriott, Oshawa and Lori took care of everything. Right from the arrival of my guests to their departure, everything was handled professionally. Although my booked Townplace suite room was beautiful and comfortable, I realized on the wedding morning, that it did not have enough space or amenities for bridal makeup and styling, and I panicked. But, Lori came to my rescue and ensured that the bridal suite room was ready in no time for all the prep to take place. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease after I was ready and leaving for the my Church Ceremony. A big hug and Thanks to you Lori and the hotel Staff from the Punnackal-Francis Wedding Group, for making our stay memorable and comfortable!I would heartily recommend this fine Hotel for Wedding bookings!

Worse hotel stay of my life. After paying 300 dollars for a night, I spent 12 hours in my dingy room, unable to sleep. My bed was the most pathetic excuse of a bed ever. So uncomfortable and springs coming out of the mattress hurting me. The pillows were flat as can be. My faucet leaked all night, and my room also had a bad draft from a bad window seal. The front desk staff were completely useless when I brought this to their attention, specifically the manager Lewis. There was so many issues with this hotel, I would 10/10 recommend AVOIDING THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
