I’ve been going to Lifemark following a motor vehicle accident, and my physiotherapist, Malak and her team have been wonderful in my rehabilitation. They are super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and on top of that, they are all lovely people that take time to get to know you. Thank you so much!

I have been a patient at Lifemark Meadowvale location for more than 15 years. I am under the care of Nellie for my physiotherapy. The clinic is clean, the front desk handles the patients with patience and professionalism and Nellie is absolutely the best. I wouldn't consider any other clinic for my needs. Without a doubt 5 star rating for this clinic.

I was involved in a car accident early January and it was one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve encountered. The injuries I sustained were very painful, leaving me unable to work and do daily physical activities for several months. I was even scared to get behind the wheel in fear of having an accident again. I was referred to Lifemark Physio Meadowvale through my insurance, and I’m thankful I was. Malak was my primary provider, her and her staff were so incredibly supportive during this time. Yes, treatment was partially painful but necessary. No pain no gain, it’s apart of the journey to recovery. The team provided me at home exercises, while I waited for my next visit. Everyone was always cheerful and welcoming, I looked forward to every visit. While during my recovery I was also set up with an Occupational therapist Amara. She provided me tips and tricks to assist me back to my daily routine and life. She offered great advice and was very patient with me when I needed to express myself during these unfortunate times. I’m truly thankful for everyone who helped me get back to my healthy self. Regardless if you were in an accident or not, I recommend you attending this establishment, you won’t regret it. I was involved in a car accident earlier in the year and was seeking concussion treatment and was recommended to Lifemark. I have been coming here for the last four months and have been extremely happy with my treatment. Nellie and the team are super friendly, understanding, and accommodating. She always makes the most out of our sessions and is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

First problem is that the receptionists are very rude and curt, before leaving home for my first appointment on June 14th I called in to get some directions on the location. All my questions were answered with Yup"!!! And she didn't even tell me that their parking was blocked off due to construction. I felt disrespected but still decided to go in. I received the same attitude upon entering the office and during the registration. Still didn't say anything. BUT added to all that

I brought my elderly mom here for tendinitis and arthritis in her wrist. Everyone at the clinic was very helpful. Niyati is an accomplished physiotherapist - I didn't realize she was also the clinic supervisor until the end of treatments. Not only did she provide excellent treatment and explain everything clearly, she really listened and provided tips, encouragement and adjusted the exercises based on my mom's feedback and progress. Because we needed OHIP covered appointments, it did take weeks to get the first appointment, but after that it wasn't too difficult to schedule the subsequent sessions. My mom received paper handouts that included photos, and also received emails with instructions that linked to videos of the exercises. Would definitely come back for any future physio needs. Highly recommended!

I have been a client of Nellie’s on three different occasions in my life - dating back to seven years ago. She has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. Any, and all approaches she decides to take, always result in improved symptoms and long term health. I’m extremely grateful for Nellie and her wealth of knowledge and experience. She has always been professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging.She is thorough in her assessments and lays out a plan that is manageable.As well, the front desk assistants are always friendly and prompt in their service.
