Absolutely horrible. Linkin, the man who works here, tells people they are not smart enough to work. He also thinks the program should be more important to people than their own children should be.

I took the work options program because I was forced to through Social services back in 2013 when I was on assistance. (I had a job, which I lost because I was forced to take this program by my worker when I got injured.) I was quite resentful having to be in this program. Even the teachers didn't understand why I was there because my CAAT exams were SO high. However, they still accepted me with open arms and allowed me more freedom to do what I needed to to appease my social worker at the time. Today; because of the office and administration skills I learned with Betty and, the supports from Lincoln; I became an author with my 1st book published in 2018 and, working full time for the Canadian Government. I would recommend this program to anyone on assistance or with job barriers to try this program out. It's beneficial even to those who don't think they will get anything out of it.Aj

I have worked with an amazing bunch of people that are dedicated to the cause i.e. assisting those that are experiencing barriers to employment!!!!

This place is a awesome place to work. They go above and beyond to treat me like family. They treat me with the utmost respect. All of the staff here are very awesome.Sincerely Gregory Mahar.

Poor customer service and harrassment/human rights issues from the facilitators while in pilot program for Canada Post through metro works options and Dartmouth Community Services.
